Saturday was an "open" house day and they had a room with samples of some of the yummy foods they sell... the spicy pepper dip, to the chocolate covered pretzels were all great! The artists that we're in house shared tips about not just info about themselves but pointed out tips of the other vendors and wonderful finds! On one occasion i took my 4 year old nephew so I could pick a new Vera and when I walked in I might have well have been holding satan. They glared at me the entire time and were so rude. I have probably gone there 5+ times without my nephew and had a terrible experience. They have missed numerous sales from me simply because they're too good to ask if I need help. Being that Cranberry Mall is on different levels basically two strip malls this one is the more eastern portion of the strip facing US19. The store is only about a half mile away or less from the Streets of Cranberry location across the street. This store has a decent amount of products like most of the other Laurie's stores. They really aren't all that different and they are also organized pretty well. My wife and I came to this store to purchase ornaments and they seemed to have the ones we were looking for. Typically unless a store has them hanging on the displays they still have them in stock and if they are out the display model will be removed. We didn't see the ones we were looking for initially but we asked and the employee gave us the one we needed from stock that hadn't been put on the shelf yet. Very helpful and friendly staff here.
