What she offered wasn't just a session -- it was presence, stillness, and deep care. Johanna held the space with such gentleness and clarity. Her presence was grounding, nonjudgmental, and intuitive. During the session, when she placed her hands on my feet, I wept. Not from sadness exactly -- but from the relief of experiencing true kindness. It had been a long time. That simple act of connection reminded me what safety and support can feel like in a body. Johanna didn't rush, didn't try to fix or analyze. She just stayed -- and in that stillness, I found something I hadn't realized I'd lost. In particular, Pilates with Tanya Grillon and her Staff at Bousquet Sports is excellent. My health and physical condition have improved significantly while attending Tanya's classes. She is quite clear with her instruction and was very patient with this Pilates beginner. I am in my eightieth year with many of the aches and pains that accompany my maturity. Twice weekly Pilates has alleviated my discomforts. In my experience, Tanya is among the best coaches and trainers with whom I have worked. My experience with sports and coaching includes currently refereeing high school lacrosse games, playing football through the college level and coaching youth, high school and college football, as well as, girls' youth and AAU basketball. In the locker rooms the soap and shampoo dispensers were often empty but that has gotten better lately. The big problem is the sauna in the women's locker room. It has a timer and if it's not been preheated it takes twenty minutes to warm up. The steam room in on the men's side is always on, no timer. why cant they have it always on like the men's side? or at least get a sauna that doesnt take forever to heat up.
