Nina E. is an absolute gem; her teaching is perfection. I love how she meticulously watches our form and offers those exact corrections to ensure we're practicing safely and effectively. After our recent focus on twists, I've noticed a huge difference in my daily life--even simple things like checking my blind spot while driving feel so much more fluid. My body has never moved with such clarity and strength. This Iyengar yoga practice is a total game-changer for both mental and physical health. If you haven't been yet, you definitely need to give it a try!" Judy G. , Lakeville, CT

She teaches seven (7) days a week at around 10AM each day (see schedule below.) She does builds both strength and peace in your body simultaneously. I do not understand how you can work so hard in a class, an d also leave with more energy than when you arrived. I have arrived many times exhausted and left with a good solid energy level to face my day. I have arrived sad and left happy. I have had classes where I feel like I took a one week vacation, that is how deep my relaxation went. Rosemary deeply cares about people, her students, the world and YOGA. She is a true Yogi, the last of her kind, a dying breed. I cannot say enough good things about her, except to say that I feel like being in her presence itself bring light and peace. She is the sort of person, that you are better just for having the opportunity to be around her. She is extremely dedicated to each and every student and works tirelessly one on one with people, especially beginners. She is very encouraging of ALL people, many of her students are older. She is naturally body positive - not that she would even know what the word means- she is just too busy embodying it. You will lower your stress, get stronger, have fun, find connection and all in a beautiful place next to the river flowing just outside the studio - the river you can position yourself to watch from class. I've only done yoga a few times so I wasn't sure what to expect or if I could even do it. However, she was an excellent instructor (I am a nurse educator so I say this confidence) she explained everything and every move in detail, she demonstrated and ensured with guidance that I was in proper portions/alignment. The positions alone relieved my back discomfort during the session and lasted long after the session was over. Now back home I still use those yoga positions she taught me. I strongly believe we should be moving away from some of our current practices, medications etc. and try more natural healing therapies for mind and body. As a fellow nurse (she's also a registered nurse!) I love her holistic approach with the incorporation of helping with tasks (light cooking, errands etc.) so you can focus on you. I wish we had this where I live! I hope those who are local will support this business and give restorative yoga a try!!

All of the teachers are amazing and the owner, Kerry is kind and compassionate to everyone who walks through her door. Not only has Kerry created a relaxing and tranquil space to practice yoga, she has created a sanctuary for all to celebrate and honor your mind and body no matter your shape, size, age or activity level. There is a wide variety of classes, from a slow flow "feel grounded" to a more pilates based "feel strong" and each of the teachers bring a different flavor to each class. Kerry is always thinking of new experiences to bring to the studio and connect with her fellow community members through partnerships, workshops and special events. Not only does she host yoga based classes and events but she has expanded to sound bathing, reiki, massage, tarot reading and so much more! I've never been the type of person to broaden my horizons and try new activities such as these, but Kerry and the YogaLee community makes me feel comfortable enough to give them a whirl. YogaLee is my safe space, I cannot recommend it enough.
