Disappointed family experience, I will not return, finish game , got in line for second game and they sold our lane, had to wait for new lane with restricted time limit. It really ruined the family experience at the holidays... Spent over $65 in food and beverages for a family of 4,... I do not recommend as a bendite I was really disappointed :-( read more

Not with the family!! I went there with my kids and we couldn't get a bowling lane because they had leagues going on. We stayed a few minutes and checked out the arcade, which only took a minute or two to realize that the games were old and in disrepair. There were out of order signs on a couple of games. Came in with a friend for breakfast and right away got the cold shoulder from the bleach blond bimbo who thinks she's in charge. All the booths in the restaurant were full of the off track betters so we had to go into the "300" club for a seat. It then took us ten minutes before our bimbo came over and stated that she's not our waitress and that there is not a waitress for the "300" club that early. We told her that all we wanted was the black angus chicken fried steak. Easy enuf. When it finally came it had all the markings of microwave food. The steak was wilted and hard. The only thing it comes with are hash browns. These tasted more like wood shavings than potatoes. Then after this lousy service she then said that we have to leave as she has a birthday party scheduled she has to get ready for. So we did the right thing and left with no tip whatsoever. Then later that day we both started feeling the results of this breakfast. We both agree that was the worst breakfast that we had ever had in our life. read more

I was in bend for a couple weeks to see my family and we all went bowling at lava lanes. We ordered a few burgers when the place was EMPTY and it took them over an HOUR to bring us our COLD food, the owner then claimed it took only 30 mins then explained their 25 min service policy and ARGUED WITH US when we tried to get our money back. I timed the order and she was just plain lying at this point. Then later in the arcade my mom won the jackpot and the machine told my mom to call an attendant to claim her 900 tickets, so she did. The attendant then "couldn't find" the key for the machine and refused to award the 900 tickets. I went and asked him what was going on and he said, "I don't think she won the jackpot." Calling my forty three year old catholic mother with five kids a LIAR. I couldn't believe my ears. When my mom then went over to ask politely for her tickets again they KICKED US OUT! Hands down the worst service I have ever received anywhere by a WIDE margin, and it was from the OWNER. Ruined our whole night and my nine year old sister was IN TEARS. DO NOT spend a dime at this establishment. read more
