They also seemed to forget this, as when I was told to have a seat by a male (at 2:20), I had to remind them that I requested a female. I just don't see the point in making a scheduled appointment if the technicians won't adhere to it. They saw me come in and kept telling me, "In a little bit, okay?" The manicure itself was a good experience. The lady who did my nails only nicked my cuticles a few times and I love the finished product. Just wish the black was thinner. $50. Sloppy gel application, when I asked for nail beds & sides to be cleaned from the gel color on my skin, deep sighs. She did not apply the base @ top coats appropriately, on mani it started pealing after a week. Paid extra $5 for more detailed cuticle care, she reluctantly did it, but was not sufficient and by the end of the day my cuticles were dry, rough and looked bad.
