The heart is messed up. It's very clumpy. The acrylic isn't apply on correctly. They're uneven they're lifted. Some of them were crooked in the French tip is awful. Looks nothing like the picture. Oh and keep in mind. I never asked for the glitter around the lettering. She just did it herself. Did not take her time at all. Paid 68 bucks. I'll show you what I wanted and what I got. Going back tomorrow to get my moneys worth.

They can actually do nail art and do a wonderful job. The vibe is pretty cool. They have a bar inside with real liquor if you want it it comes with some pedicures. That being said, the overall experience at this salon has declined significantly over the past few months. No matter how early or late you arrive, you're almost guaranteed to wait for hours. I'm typically a very patient person, but today was beyond frustrating. I arrived for a new Gel-X set and waited an hour and a half before finally asking if I could just do a soak-off and come back another day. During that time, I was skipped and ignored. The employee doing pedicures was rude not only to me, but also to another customer who had been waiting for Sophie and ultimately decided to leave and come back another day as well. This is not the first time I have came in, waited hours, been skipped, and still returned because of the quality of her work. At the end of the day it is not her fault the other staff tending to the list are not following who arrives first and who should be next. After speaking to Sophie and changing my service on the waiting list from a full set to just a soak-off, I assumed the next available technician would remove my nails so I could be on my way. Instead, I was skipped again while every person in the lobby who arrived after me was taken before I was. At that point, I was so disappointed that I simply walked out and went home. Any staff member could have done the soak-off. I was planning to come back another day for a new set, but now i'm on the hunt for a new nail salon that hopefully has better time management and honors the time people arrive. I understand salons get busy, and I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time. But waiting several hours with little communication, being repeatedly overlooked, and being treated rudely is unacceptable. It's incredibly disappointing to see how quickly the customer service and salon has declined because the nail quality itself from most staff, especially Sophie's work, is excellent. Something needs to change. I will no longer be recommending to friends.
