It saved me a lot of money with my 3 loads of laundry. The washers are $3 for the standard and $6 for the large ones. The man who owns it, Peter is very kind. His cat is around as well. The place wasn't terribly clean or fancy, but it gets the job done! Some interesting characters, but everyone kept to themselves. Also there were free donuts and coffee which was a nice touch.

I was taken aback by Idas response! Her EXACT response was "I am not at liberty to talk about employees, do you think you're special?" I personally would be embarrassed if I had an employee like her representing my company! So I go there every Tuesday and this lady would do immature things like laugh as me and my boyfriend walked by, she'd even go as far as calling my boyfriend the "N" word.. I guess she didn't think I could understand her speakMing in Spanish to another employee there. I finally got tired of Idas unprofessional behavior I reached out online and got a response from her manager Kim, I thought everything was handled until last night. I ceasar there doing my laundry and was approached by Kim , the way she approached me I fel like I was being harasse!! She asked me if I was Tonya I said yes and she said " are yiu video re my employees? you can't do that! my boyfriend and I were very offended by this!! I told Kim that I wanted to see video on theit camera that shows me video recording Ida!! she refused I offered her my phone so she could see there was nothing recorded with Ida she refused then tried to say my boyfriend was making her feel uncomfortable!! He was upset as was I ! Kim said other customers complained we were video recording and I told her the aisle we were in there was absolutely no other customer in that aisle and again asked her to show me on camera! of course she refused but now she wants us to go to another location!! I don't feel it's right that I have been going there for 7 years and now I have to inconvenience myself because of this rude employee???

I had 30 pounds of laundry. I called and explained my situation. "Yes we can do your laundry for you no problem!" Direct quote. I take my laundry and again I am told my laundry would be done in 2-3 hours. I look at my receipt and the employee had put on my receipt that my clothes would be delivered to me. So I went back in to discuss the clothes one more time. I show up 5 hours later. Clothes not ever washed. Their evening employee was gracious in finding my clothes and giving them back to me.
