I didn't event know how to put the soap in - it's on the top. For the jumbo washers you have to grab the stool. The staff is very helpful and upbeat. You wouldn't think you'd find that at a laundromat. Like other reviews have said, there are tons of machines, everything is clean, they have free wifi, snacks, drinks and a TV. It can get crowded on free dryer day, other discounted or giveaway days but even when it's busy it's not too much.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would! We went in tonight to do our laundry and had…read moreeverything in the washers before 9 PM. If it had been possible for me to get there and start our laundry earlier, I would have, but due to my work schedule, that wasn't an option. When I arrived, I started doing all of my laundry, which was a lot because the weather has been crazy, and my work schedule has been hectic. I needed to use five of their largest washers. They all finished around 9:30 to 9:40 PM. I transferred everything into the dryers, started them, and added the extra 12 minutes because I knew they would need additional drying time. At 9:50 PM, the employee working there came over to tell us that the doors lock at 10, but she wasn't saying we had to leave. I didn't understand how they could expect that anyway, considering they had already taken my money for the service, and I intended to use it. At 10:01 PM, the same employee came back and told me, "I'm sorry, sir, but you have to take all of your stuff out." I refused because our dryers weren't finished, and I had nowhere else to take the clothes. We had 11 dryers running, trying to spread everything out so it would dry faster. Then, they started yelling at me, saying we should have come in earlier. I told them we started all the washers before 9 PM and that I had proof from their app. They then threatened to call the cops, and I told them to go ahead because I wasn't about to take my wet clothes out and risk them molding over a 15-minute delay. They stormed off, cursing at me, went into the office, and came back out saying the manager decided we were banned from returning. I responded, "That's fine, I would never want to come back here after this experience anyway." As we were trying to gather our things, the employee received a call and, loud enough for us to hear, said, "There are two f**king people here who won't leave." I told them, "Trust me, I want to get out of here," to which they replied, "Good, and never come back." I said, "You don't have to worry--I'll never be coming back here again." By the time we got everything out of the dryers and stuffed into our bags, it was around 10:25 PM. The manager then called and spoke to the employee, who put the call on speaker. I told the manager we had spent almost $100 there and were actively trying to leave. She replied, "Well, you can't be in there past 10:30 because the alarm will go off and the cops will come." At that point, we were just trying to get everything to our vehicle. As we were leaving, the employee came outside and my wife was attempting to apologize for us being there past time and it being an issue, but the employee was very rude throwing her hand up and screaming obscenities at my wife who was trying to de-escalate and apologize. When we left my wife was shaking and crying and all that over getting our laundry out of dryers. Why would they post a closing time if there's no way to finish laundry within that timeframe? It doesn't make sense. Their solution was to force us to take thousands of dollars' worth of clothing out while it was still wet, risking mold, just because they didn't want to stay a little later. This was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Everything worked perfectly and my laundry got done quickly without any hassle. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, which really adds to the experience. You can tell they care about keeping the place running smoothly and making customers feel welcome. One thing I really appreciated was the atmosphere. The energy in the place is good and relaxed, and the TVs aren't blasting the usual nonstop news negativity. It made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable while waiting for my laundry to finish.
