First they handled my move-in clean for my new home, and walking into a clean house before unpacking made such a difference. The house looked (and smelled) great and helped make a stressful process feel a little more manageable. After that, they helped with the actual move and later with removal of materials after a fence build. Through every step, they worked hard, were respectful of my home and belongings, and were willing to help wherever needed. You can tell they care about doing great work and make sure the customer is taken care of. I really appreciate everything they did to help make a chaotic season go more smoothly. I made initial contact with Pro Clean on November 24, 2025, after a leak was discovered behind the…read moreshower walls in our master bathroom. The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation.

It was completely empty. Due to not needing to move furniture I would have expected this job to have been easier and all parts of my home flawless, given the price I paid. There was still dust on my blinds and counters and floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The toilets did sparkle and the house smelled clean, but other than that I was underwhelmed with the cleaning job. I paid for the move in cleaning service with an additional carpet clean. The service was $450 dollars, which was not cheap. I do admit there are several hard to reach places in my home; I wish during the estimate I was told these wouldn't be able to be cleaned and that I could have paid a lower price. I'd like to once again bring up that she did tell me if I was unhappy to tell her. I appreciated that comment, but I'm the type of person who wants something to be right the first time and not the second. I would use their carpet cleaning services, but not their house cleaning services again.
