The owner assisted me, he also suggested I rinse out my jugs since they had a little water left in them. He took the time to explain that rinsing them out is better so that we can reduce the chance of bacteria. I keep my bottles in my carport so that is very helpful. Then, he explained what can happen to a bottle in the heat. I had one twist lid and one slide on lid bottle. I prefer the twist lids, but bottles aren't cheap so we've got to do what we can to re use them as long as we can. There have been updates inside. There are more ice freezers and more shelves with things you may need when you swing by your local water & ice location. Swing by this one, they're always welcoming and willing to assist you.

The person who took my order showed no interest in providing good service, which resulted in the product being prepared incorrectly. The employee pretended not to speak Spanish (despite me hearing her speak it with the staff). When I saw that she was preparing the product incorrectly, I told her it was not what I had ordered. Instead of offering a solution or an apology, the staff reacted with a mocking, arrogant, and defiant attitude. They even called the owner because, according to them, there was nothing they could do, even though the cameras could have verified what was happening. The issue is not the money, but the unwillingness to properly serve customers, especially Spanish-speaking customers. If you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there, and the owner shouldn't have employees like that.
