This is unacceptable and shows a major internal billing problem. Their team has already apologized in the past for calling me about payments that were not actually late and yet here we are again with removal threats for an account that was already paid. Reading the other reviews, it's clear this isn't a one-off mistake. It's a systemic problem with their customer service, communication, and billing accuracy. Great water maybe but the worst service I've dealt with. Customers shouldn't be threatened with equipment removal when the company has an active card on file and has already charged it. .

After my 1yr follow up in 3/2025, on 8/29/25, I had water coming out from the reverse osmosis under my sink. This was due to a faulty part from Puragain that they knew they had issues with, but did not check with their current customers who may have the faulty part and fix the problem. Although they sent a technician out right away to fix the faulty part and replace with a newer part that won't crack, they did not follow up with repairing the inside of my kitchen cabinet that had major water damage even though they took pictures. I continually followed up with them to see when they would fix it, I asked for their insurance info & I just kept getting the run-around or partial information. It is now end of December and no word from them at all to repair the water damage. A vendor who doesn't acknowledge their fault or repair what their system caused & they knowingly knew about this faulty part I do not recommend. Save your money, research diligently - there are better systems out there with a lower cost. Run from vendors that don't have integrity.
