I appreciate the selection between new, out of box new, pre-owned and reconditioned. I come in with a budget and an idea of what appliance needs I have and it's easy to find what fits within your constraints. I've never received an appliance that hasn't worked and their delivery has always been within the estimated windows. I've shopped around at other national, local and independent retailers and B&B has always had the best prices for the same or similar item at competing stores with delivery and takeaway of the old. I won't say that I shop at B&B exclusively because I always do my research and shop around, but I've yet to NOT to purchase from B&B after comparing four or five appliance retailers. Take that for what it is, a ringing endorsement for you to not waste time waiting for a deal on Black Friday, Memorial Day or Fourth of july and make your way to B&B for your next appliance purchase.

The installation required some additional work, as it was a retrofit into my existing outdoor kitchen area. The installation team went above and beyond. They were concerned that the existing countertop might not be strong enough to support the larger grill, so they reinforced it to ensure everything would be safe and secure. They also had to cut away part of the existing tile and stucco to make everything fit properly, which they did with great care and attention to detail. Zach has also been extremely helpful in making sure the overall finish looks great. I'm currently waiting on a filler piece to complete the final touches, but I'm already very pleased with how everything has turned out. Excellent, helpful customer service throughout -- I can thoroughly recommend this company!
