She informed me about your new policy that she can't wax the bottom half of my bikini line- and to do that I would have to pay and extra $10 to get a bumkini, which includes the butt area that I don't want done. You have to realize how ridiculous this is! I would pay a couple dollars more to get my entire bikini done- but I would be wasting my money paying for a bumkini that I wouldn't take advantage of the whole service! Also, I can get a bikini done at other fancy spa's for $25, so what incentive do I have for coming back? I brought a friend as well and if this is the way you continue ripping off your clients then we won't be coming back. The least you could do is explain to your clients that a bikini wax doesn't actually include your full bikini, before their on the table.

The salon is super welcoming and they're very good at accommodating your schedule. I've been able to book appointments online, and they make sure I've booked the appropriate service as their online booking can be a little confusing. You can also contact them through Instagram, which is really convenient for me. The balayage cost about $250 the first time, and around the same the second, with 2 toners, blow dry and about 4.5 hours of effort. It wasn't quite perfect when we finished, since there was a bang piece that I wanted to be dark instead of coloured, and Emily made sure I had an appointment booked so she could fix it (for free!). My hair is beautiful, and they've done such an amazing job. I've gotten so many compliments. I got a shellac manicure with nail art on all nails, and Mimi was amazing and patient with the art and did a great job. She let me be picky with the colours and design too. I couldn't be happier with my nails. She's also been doing nails for 20 years! You can tell. I did my nails February 14th, today is March 12th and not a single nail has chipped. I plan on going back very soon. And will make them my main place for waxing and nails. My mom also got a pedicure here and was very pleased with her nails. I picked a colour that was not accurate to the sample shade and they were quick to help remove this color and change to something I liked. The place was clean and most of the tools they used looked fairly clean but I didn't see any packaging for sterilization. I was told it would take about 45 minutes and it took about 1hr and 10 minutes. The final result on my right hand looked consistent, but my left hand looked very sloppy and was poorly done. The colour was painted unevenly, edges not filled all the way and streaks showing through. I was already late for a meeting so I didn't say anything, but I was not impressed. I was happy the price was decent but would be worth paying a few bucks more for consistent results.
