We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and waited in the lobby. I didn't realize they also do photography sessions, and they had a display of stuffed animals for the heartbeat bears--which I was excited to purchase. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes before being brought back. Since this wasn't my first elective ultrasound, I knew image quality really depends on the baby's position. Because of that, I purchased the Golden Memories package so I could return for a re-scan if needed. However, the way the package is described feels like an up-charge, and the wording seems designed to limit the ability to actually qualify for a re-scan. Additionally, I had to return to have the recording for my heartbeat bear redone because the first one was muffled. One thing I did appreciate was they use an app that records the whole session and you get that in addition to the photos.
