However, when you are offering a time restraining service such as early gender determination, you should make sure your equipment is functioning. It was within Roxannes control to continue booking clients knowing that she has had countless issues with her equipment malfunctioning. We now have to call all of our family and friends that were driving down from out of town (for a second time) and cancel our anticipated gender reveal. All of this could've been prevented if Roxanne had've spent the money to upgrade her equipment when she knew it was malfunctioning the first 3 times.

Front desk said no problem, and then once I got there the nurse practitioner I met with refused to answer a basic question about whether or not my symptoms were common or if I should come back to get extra testing. Informed me that it's another visit just to ask any questions! Money grab, zero interest in patients. She tried to say it was because of insurance, when I said I have no insurance she said then it's about time management. Either you have time for new patients or you don't. Extremely disappointed, spent almost $400 just to be told spend more to speak to me. Never going back, and highly recommend anyone new look elsewhere. Or at the very least don't meet with their NP.

I've been seeing Dr Arigo for years (she's an amazing Dr who really cares about her patients) but because of my long labor I ended up delivering (c section) with Dr Hinkel. I was a little nervous bc I was high risk and I just felt comfortable with Dr Arigo but both Hinkel and Arigo went above and beyond to make sure I was very well taken care of. Their entire team was amazing and I am so glad I had both doctors to care for me. I highly recommend these drs as well as others on their team. Our hospital stay was comfortable. The nursing team at Duke were wonderful.

Not only was the woman I spoke rude, she came across about as empathic as a pit viper. She said, " I can't help you. You will have to go elsewhere or postpone your surgery". Six months I have been preparing and told everything was taken care of. I guess shame on me. Just when I thought I was going to The Duke Standard of Hospital care, I could go to Walmart and be treated better. GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THIS HOSPITAL.

She has chips on both shoulders and obviously hates white people. She was pulling chewing gum out of her mouth while she took my mother's temperature. We left. While on the way out, a woman was walking out barefoot into the cold night because of the treatment she received. She was literally escaping. I've never seen so many upset customers. This is nothing like the Duke Healthcare in Durham. If I were having a medical emergency, I would chance the drive before I went here. No. Just no.
