She never answered my question. When I asked again she proceeded to speak in her language to her co worker and then told me yes 5 dollar discount but then told me not tell anyone. I said okay? They changed my bloody bandaid and then said it would be 3 dollars off. I didn't want to create a scene I honestly just wanted to be done and leave at this point. I also didn't want to get anyone in trouble. I learned my lesson and won't be coming back to these nail salons. They ALL increased their prices and I'm sorry they all do such a poor job! Cindy did my nails and the process was great, however I left not realizing how bad they looked. The top coat peeled off and there were bumps and dents in my nails. I had gotten dip powder. Both of my hands had different shapes also. I called the next day to see if it were possible for me to come by and have them fixed. right when i walked in they immediately rushed me to this guy who asked for a photo of the nails i wanted. i showed him a picture of a RED ALMOND FRENCH TIP. he took a glimpse and he started working on it. i was waiting for the red to show up but... never did. the nails ended up being nice, he took his time in making sure they were the same length and the application wasn't bad at all. he cut me once but no blood, just a minor scratch. the nails lasted a long time with no lift or breakage. very hard to get off. overall... it's an okay place... just didn't get what i asked for. read more

I started going here for a wax which looked clean and a nice place to get a pedicure with the ladies WRONG!!! I took 3 ladies in here and I can give you a story. 1st lady nails and pedicure, and her paint on fingers was powder coated and crumbled right off within 24 hours. She ended up going back the next day having them fix it and still not happy. 2nd lady got done with her 50.00 pedicure just as fast as the first Lady with the basic pedicure, boy was her lady in a rush. 3rd lady, the worker wouldn't even adjust get chair for her to sit comfy in. And then they did not peel off the excessive dead skin on her heals, and still left dirt in the cracks. Discusting. For 50.00 they still left dirt on her feet. Now myself, I too chose the 50.00 pedicure. The lady didn't trim nor file my toe nails. She didn't even check the corners nor remove the dirt under my toe nails. I had to tell her to scrub my heal more as there was still so much dead skin that was on my heals. So the second time she was actually rubbing the ankle more so that it almost broke skin, so I wasn't going to press the issue any more. Then when she went to paint my nails, I stopped her as she didn't remove all my nail polish and wanted to paint over the top of what she couldn't get off. Then I yelled at get again trying her she was crazy to think that was okay as you can get nail fungus from that type of thing. THIS SHOP NEEDS TO BE TURNED IN!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. My daughter was in for a full set of acrylic nails and came out with cuts all over her delicate cuticles. These people cut her several times to the point of making her bleed when they filed the nails while shaping them. I'm including pictures as proof. Because they don't manage appointment times well (not an issue, I became used to it) I ended up getting my services finished up around 7:00pm (closing time) I wanted a design on my ring finger that my male tech could not do. He told me he would paint the other fingers and another tech would do the design. He suggested I do the same design on my big toe, I agreed. He does my fill and pedicure. It is now closing time when he asks another tech to do the designs (2 ring finger, 2 big toes). She starts yelling at him in their language, gesturing, and getting an attitude. She did a great job on the designs but her unprofessional attitude in front of me the customer is unacceptable. He had already written my bill but she snatched it and added $10 for the design. I did not contest that because I knew designs are extra, but again the way she did it with an attitude is not cool. I will never return to this salon. read more

I took my daughter here to get a mani pedi. The lady who did her nails did a good job. The person who did my toes also did a good job. HOWEVER, they don't listen. I told the lady I wanted a Deluxe pedicure, she did a lavender one and charged me for it. I told them I wanted them to just file and cut my cuticles-just clean up my nature nails-the lady just buffered them and charged me $5 for it. My daughter and I left but had to go back a few hours later because an entire nail (the gel) fell off her finger. When we went back to get it fixed, I confronted them about not cleaning my cuticles and tried to clarify what they charged me. That's when I found out they charged me for the wrong pedicure and literally buffing my nails for not even 1 minute cost me $5. They wanted me to pay an additional $15 to clean my cuticles!! I heard good things about this place from my friend who gets her nails done every single week, so I made an appointment with a specific girl cause I heard she was good at acrylic nails. When I got there I asked the girl who is doing my nails if she was the girl I asked for she said yes but she was very quiet about it and didn't want to talk about how I got recommended to her. I later found out that this was not the girl that I have asked for. Mind you I made this appointment two weeks ahead of time asking for THIS SPECIFIC nail technician. It was on the books for a long time, not a surprise visit, and yet they just handed me off to whoever wasn't busy. And the lady who ended up doing my nails cut up my cuticles with the dremel and charged extra to take off my old set. And the right hand looked way better than the left??? She did the right hand while my left was soaking off and it looked good, messy under the nail but good. It's like she got lazy and did the left hand in a rush. It was so bad that when I got home I filed down my left hand and had to take off my polish. After a week I ended up popping all of them off. And they weren't cheap. I believe you get what you pay for so i don't mind going to the more pricey places in town if I get good looking nails that will last for a long time. I know if you pay $25 for nails they're gonna look like garbage, but if I pay $60-$80 for nails I expect them to at least have a decent shape and be clean around the edges. I've also gotten a couple of pedicures from here which is one thing I do like about this place because they're very clean and sanitary with their equipment. But the nail polish was patchy and not opaque and all over my cuticles and they cut me a few times with the cuticle trimmers. Overall I was disappointed because it's a very cute place with nice employees and very sanitary conditions but the work some of the ladies do is mid rate at best. I think something they could do to fix this is offer discounts when they cut you, like take five dollars off if your bleeding when you walk out of that place. read more

Came here yesterday with my sister as a pre-birthday self care day. My sister's gel manicure came out nice, the lady did a great job! A gentleman (didn't get his name) helped me. Everything was going well except for the outcome of my pedicure. Felt like it was a waste of money and I even gave a tip because I know it's tough times and it's hard to make a living. I'm experiencing pain on the side of my left big toe most likely from being nicked by clippers when going too deep cutting cuticles and cutting side of nails which I wish he would of asked before hand because I would have declined since it is known to cause Ingrown toe nails. I'm Hoping the pain I'm feeling doesn't turn into an infection. At the end, There was still nail polish on my skin on an area which i had asked for him to clean. He cleaned the area, but didn't draw attention to anything else and ignored the other flaws. My nails are unevenly cut/filed. Polish was put on sloppy and some are still on my skin. I am missing some polish on right due to debris that was stuck on, I had pulled it out while I was running errands after the bad service.
