My termite care plan ran out a couple of years ago and I never got it updated. When bees started buzzing around my front door & windows a bit too often, I decided to call Lavender Pest Control and see what they could do. They spray for roaches, ants, termites, and more every three months. ($300 per year, or $75/quarter--and there's no interest charged if you pay in increments!) I called and the exterminator, a very friendly guy by the name of Elliott, came out ten minutes later! He told me all about the service I'd signed up for, what to do/who to call if the bees didn't go away (they don't do major wasp and bee spraying, just minor stuff), and more. He said that if I saw ants and roaches inside the house after Friday (after the outside spraying will have taken effect), I could call him and he'd come out and spray inside to get rid of 'em for good. The inside spray treatments are included in the price, so there's no surprise fee that jumps up if you suddenly find roaches snacking on your snacks. I'm impressed! read more

I had them come out to deal with the German roaches that were in my kitchen due to a move and within two weeks there was a huge difference. Within a month they were gone completely. I didn't have to take things out of the cupboards as some ask to have done. They put baits around the most important points of where they were located, and it was a simple, easy and not very expensive process. They were professional, efficient and kind. read more

This company came highly recommended by prior home owner and the neighbors so I gave it a try. From the beginning, scheduling the initial appointment was challenging with constant no show and rescheduling by the technician. I was promised they'd come out anytime between the quarterly services if there were any pest issues and would treat the house again but when i reached out I received no response. Even the regular quarterly service was being delayed and the appointment canceled by the technician multiple times stating he's been busy. If you want to be on a standby and be an after thought you may be okay with a company like this. This is an unacceptable practice for me and I would not hire them ever again. read more

I cannot say enough about this company !!! I had the worst ever case of German cockroaches all over my home! At one point I found them in my captain crunch and NO ONE messes with my CEREAL. Long story short, these guys are sneaky, ineffective, rude, nasty, and very argumentative and aggressive when it comes to unsatisfied customers seeking resolution. Try American Pest Control or Arrow, forget Lavender! Sandy, one of their managers, was just very condescending, rude rude rude, nasty nasty nasty to me on the phone. I had called to discontinue service with them because they have not fulfilled their guarantee to eliminate my pest problem. Sandy demanded payment and threatened to send my account to a collections agent. I escalated the call to a manager named Chris, who hung up the phone on me when I was being polite, instead of offering any solution to our dispute! This business is the worst! Avoid them! read more

I was not impressed with Lavender Pest Control. It was very difficult to schedule an appointment, My termite inspector arrived on time which was great. We discussed what I needed and he said he would call me before he left the house so we could discuss in person the issues he found. I never received a call!!! I called Lavender and was put on hold and then told the Craig was on another call. I needed multiple services on our house and I guess they just don't need the business. Also, the guy I spoke to on the phone when I had to call back was very rude. Lavender Pest Control was unprofessional and a waste of my time. read more

I have used this company for 10+ years. Totally satisfied! The technicians that come to service my property have all been very knowledgeable, as well as courteous and personable. Features I always look for in people that will come to my home, even when I am not there, and exhibit the highest level of respect and courtesy to whoever is at home at the time. I don't worry about their people being unprofessional when they service my property. To me, that's just as important as the level of their skill, which, by the way, is exactly what I would expect of any company that is contracted to take care of my property. Zero complaints! I was having a really bad ant problem in my kitchen. Lavender was able to set me up with an appointment with in 24 hours of when I called. The technician who came to my house was on time, very knowledgeable, and was very helpful in regards to the concerns I had about my pets. He asked several questions about what was going on and came up with a plan of attack that suited my needs. I am super happy with the service I received from them, especially as my landlord only sprung for the one time visit! I liked them so much I am actually bothering to make one of these reviews - and something I RARELY do. 10/10 would hire again, and will once I stop renting and buy my own place in town. read more

Lavender Pest Control was great! We made an emergency appt. and a serviceman was able to come out the very next morning. His work was thorough and exhaustive but only took about 45 of our time to set up and implement the mice-catching devices. Very friendly and affordable service. I don't yet know as to how effective the service was, but with quarterly check-ups, I feel confidant that our home will soon be mice-free. read more
