The main room has four pedicure massage chairs on one side and manicure tables on the other. There are a couple back rooms for massages and facials, but it's been a number of years since I've seen them. It was easy to book back to back appointments online so that one of us could keep an eye on my little one while we were out. There were two women working, and they were very friendly and accommodating. There was just enough space for the stroller next to my pedicure chair, so I could happily soak my feet and enjoy the massage chair while Lee did my MIL's nails first. My feet really needed some TLC and were very happy after the soak, short massage, and scrub. I wish we could have opted for a longer massage! Lee did a great job with my nails. I opted for a festive color and feel ready for the holidays. A number of regulars came by while we were there, which was a nice sign. The prices were very reasonable too. I plan to come back!

We never even snap the "before" pic because she keeps looping, "I'm allowed to ask, it's not medical medical." After five minutes of polite push-back she offers to cancel my appointment--yep, grabbed it. Whole visit was sold as a consult-plus-treatment with a provider..... which says volumes on how they treat new clients. After the session, there was no follow up or check in at all, which has never happened in any of my previous experiences here. I was tired of bouncing around, so I gave it time to see if things might improve. In the end, she agreed it was not the right fit. What was most disappointing was how it was handled. It took several calls, emails, and texts from me to learn that my sessions had been canceled less than 24 hours before my next appointment. The front desk told me the owner was supposed to call me about the cancellations and to suggest an alternative therapist, but that call never happened, and there was no follow up afterward. There was also a brief moment that stood out. I had left more than 20 percent, though less than the week before because the experience felt different. When I shared that, it was suggested that the front desk might not have passed the full amount along. That surprised me, as the front desk team has always been consistently kind, professional, and trustworthy. I want to be clear that the front desk staff are excellent. They make scheduling seamless, communicate thoughtfully, and create a welcoming environment every time you walk in. I am writing this because I cared about this place. I used to genuinely look forward to coming here. Moving on feels like losing something familiar, almost like losing a friend. I don't know the technical terms but once seated was told after a lengthily wait that the desired material she preferred to use was not available. After another 30 min wait it now being well over an hour in total was presented with a promise that what they had to inject her with would produce the same desired results. She was frustrated but reluctantly agreed. In retrospect she said she should have walked out. So, we have bait and switch with a helping of coercion to get more work done than intended by a horrible technician to the tune of badabing $1700! The person who performed the procedure actually physically hurt her and she was swollen and in pain for weeks. To that I was a witness. She said she understands a little swelling and discomfort is to be expected but this was extreme and she considered the procedure botched. And she was also told she would need to come back a few more times for additional work. While waiting to heal and upon thinking about her poor experience she exercised her right to cancel her credit card payment. She then received a summons to go to small claims court. Of course, she went and read her statement. The clerk magistrate seemed sympathetic. The representative for UniQ was abrasive, crude, rude and called her a crook. Unfortunately, the magistrate ruled in UniQ's favor as technically she had consented, but who is the real crook? UniQ of course! Let this be a warning to anyone considering going to UniQ.
