They opened promptly at 8:00am. I went in and was told that I called the wrong soapy dogs!! They do not do that service at 8:00am Monday thur Saturday first come first serve. The unfriendly woman also informed me that I called the wrong place. She is the only person that even answers the phone. I didn't have my phone on me to verify this information. My bad, these things happen, I must have called the wrong Soapy Dogs in Huntington Station, ny. I thanked her and left. To my surprise, it was in fact the same place I called on Tuesday. I write this in warning to my fellow dog mama's and papa's to steer clear. Soapy Dogs was in disarray and smelled and apparently has a ghost answering calls and giving random information.

Within the last months, there are inconsistencies in their pricing - every time I go for the same service it's different. I called for a quote before service, and the bill was $40 higher. No rationale. I would suggest finding another groomer in the area because I simply can't agree with this businesses morals.
