We get our dog bathed here. They're excellent. It's a little more expensive than Petco, but they do a much better job. Baths seem to last longer. The dog doesn't seem to get stinky as quickly. They're really good about treating any sensitive spots in his skin. read more

I love that it's so local and they really do a good job. The major thing is they don't fuss about the vaccination status of your pets. The place is growing, they're cranking dogs in/out with little care for safety. It's like a factory. I showed pictures of my dog's razor BURNS and CUTS and the owner had the audacity to call it a "reaction". Funny, she never had this so called reaction any other time or at any other place. Complete abdication of responsibility by owner. Skip it because if you have a problem, you're left high and dry, they care nothing about your dog. Update: Please note admission below by owner of offer of MEDICATED spray. Who expects that one's pooch would require MEDICATED SPRAY after a simple bath and haircut?!! Plus, what on earth is even in such a potion, they aren't Vets, licensed to dispense medicine! True, gentle feedback was offered to novices after they returned a dirty dog consistently. Response: There's something wrong with your dog's ears which is why they cannot be cleaned properly. Funny. I had hoped they'd learn something from constructive feedback, who doesn't want a young 20-something newbie to succeed? Instead, they became prickly, only equipped to receive positive feedback, completely ill equipped to discuss or entertain idea they aren't perfect 100% of the time. First and foremost....Congradulations on your daughter and I love the name Summer Dawn. Secondly, I knew if you were there , I would NOT have gotten that response from you. Scarlet had longer hair in some areas. The cut was rushed thru. I said I would cut and try to fix it when I called my dissatisfaction in, and i did. I have NOT found another groomer and would like to continue my relationship with Pawfect Pet and Jen. Scarlet knows Jen.. We have been taking our Wheaton Terrier here for at least a year now and are very happy with the establishment and Nicole. They have been good with him at all times and he looks great after the grooming. Kind & Courteous & Friendly. I have two dogs that go to daycare and who are groomed at Pawfect Pet Den. All I can say is that they LOVE going every day, leap from the car and drag me inside so they can greet their dog friends and their people friends - the staff. My dogs not only look beautiful because of the wonderful grooms they receive, but they are well-socialized and receive lots of care and attention while there. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever had the privilege to know and the staff is second-to-none. I cannot believe how fortunate I feel to have found this business. Not only are they professional and very fairly-priced, I am treated like family and so are my dogs. The BEST decision I have ever made regarding my dogs was in choosing Pawfect Pet Den. This place is wonderful! We live down the block from this place and didn't know about the fantastic services of this gem until we adopted our dog a few weeks ago. The owners are amazingly helpful with their suggestions and services. They provided a free bath for my adopted dog and he loved it so much that he keeps wanting to go back to the store every time I walk him in the morning and evening. This place is absolutely horrible. Went because of a recommendation from a family friend. Brought my 6 month old maltipoo in for his first hair cut and they completely butchered him. You will never find a more caring or professional grooming establishment. Jessica and Felicia, the sisters who own and run this shop, are absolutely wonderful. My dog is always so nervous and scared, and they are kind and understanding with him, as they are with every single dog. They also make him look super handsome!!!
