I asked what time do you close she said 5pm but you would return it tomorrow I said ok its a small rug will only take a few hours. We reserved A wood splitter a week in advance and asked about towing at the time And only was told…read morea 2 inch ball. We bought a ball and installed it and we hired a guy to help us split wood. We get to the place to pick it up that morning and they informed us they require a Class 3 receiver hitch. Bumper hitch not allowed. Tongue weight of splitter is less than 100 pounds. Towing and rental policies were not explained in detail. Had planned on renting other equipment from them but not now. They cost us money for the ball and the hired help in which we could use neither now without a splitter.
