I came in to get my gel nails removed. The nail tech did not soak the gel off. He immediately removed my nails by prying them off with cuticle cutters. My nails were absolutely ruined by this removal method. I have never, ever had a nail salon remove gel nails and tips without soaking them in acetone. This was painful and uncomfortable. The tech left my nails horribly uneven as well I had to fix them when I got home. It was 16 dollars for them to ruin my nails. Will not be back

I wanted dark marble/shadow with gold and she hit the nail on the head

Jane at lavish nail lounge did amazing on my special request nails I will 100% be coming back!!

My daughter loved her nail design! It was better than what she selected on Insta as an example...

Special Mom and Daughter day was great! Mia painted a design even better than the one my daughter showed her!

I'm not one to leave reviews. Worst pedicure ever. Sawing motion and pain with obvious wince and had to tell her to stop. My heels are still rough and she applied the salt scrub to my legs with no water. It stung badly! However, the Mani was really well done by John. I hated to have to split the tip between the two practitioners. John was friendly enough. I scheduled online but was placed with two people other than whom I had requested. They do have an ATM for cash as they prefer and it's nice that they reimburse 1.00 out of the $1.50 transaction fee. The place substantial in space but a bit stark. Massage chair is like a massage wall that isn't relaxing. I'm undecided on my return but pedi is horrible for $60 + tip.

I was serviced right at my appointment time; and every staff member was very nice and helpful! The salon was super clean and BEAUTIFUL!!! Lynn did an amazing job removing old acrylic from another salon and she did the BEST ombré dip powder nails! I will be coming back regularly!! Definitely recommend!!

    Celine's work!

Celine always does an amazing job! She is very patient with me having to stop and feed a newborn. She's very good at replicating inspiration pictures! The salon is extremely clean and well kept! The employees are always respectful and courteous! I came in today to get an acrylic fill done and she recommend to try dip powder instead as it is better for my nails. The dip powder is already feeling better!

After spending hundreds of attempts to find the right nail salon I have finally found! What sets them apart you ask? I called to make an appointment, got in the same day. I received I text reminding me of appointment. I checked in at door within seconds they wanted to check me in and not make we wait or be ignored. The girl doing my nails didn't treat me horrible because I took my nails off ( I admit, they were very beat up) She explained why I should do one service over the other. After treatment I received a full arm massage, followed with a warm towel. They also have several different options for pedicures. Hundreds of beautiful colors to pick. The place is clean, very posh. I would give more stars if I could!

Went to get acrylic nails and was coughed on numerous times. When I went to get them removed, they used a cuticle trimmer to tear the acrylic off my nail bed. There was zero soaking and using a nail drill. The acrylic was painfully forced off. Afterwards. My nails were cut straight across with no top layer and I was asked to pay $16 (+tip??) for it. Very disappointed.

Beautiful french chrome nails! I love how they turned out! Although its Pricey! I took in my photo Howie was able to do his MAGIC!!

    March mani!

March mani! Great nails these last for 3 weeks and I only have to get them updated because my nails have grown out. As some who works types a lot and works out, it is spectacular!

I jave several coworkers that recommended Lavish. This was my first time and it was top notch. It is extremely clean, and my nails look perfect. my tech was extremely meticulous which is refreshing, I will absolutely be back!

    Right hand

Betty is so amazing each time she does my nail design! I brought in a picture of flowers as a kind of French tip on dip, and asked her to change the color to purple, and it turned out perfect!

I share this- if you're trying to gradually move back to a brunette- this probably isn't the right salon. Below are photos after the initial service, after the correction (photos after initial service were shared with salon), and the inspiration photo. I reached out to Rooted Culture regarding my correction for advice and was told "we're not a good fit". The person delivering this message was very nice- but not what I expected. While I agree, it's left me to navigate the aftermath alone. I had a consultation with Charlie regarding what I wanted to accomplish, reviewed pinterest photos, etc. I brought a singular inspiration photo to the service appointment. I was candid about the over highlighting of my hair historically and my desire to get back to a brunette with highlights vs dark blonde with highlights (which is where I started). When my hair was dried- 1/2 of my head had more highlights than the other half. There were chunky very bright blonde pieces at the front and the distance from scalp to initial highlight was very long. I mentioned the dark roots and uneven highlights, but I slept on it. I called back to correct on Wednesday. They fit me in the following Monday- awesome. I should have slowed this appointment down- so we were on the same page. Because I was slotted between clients, it was rushed. Charlie started adding low lights- I mentioned focusing on the bangs because that was my greatest concern- the heavy contrast. Charlie then started to ask me what we should do- I told her I didn't know. a gloss was suggested. Ok sure. Charlie showed me some hair swatches- "which one?" She recommended not going below a 7, but again I told her I don't know. I'd like my hair to be more blended vs high contrast. So she mixed a 9 and 8 (was that the right choice-idk- my head was in a wash bowl). So the gloss stayed on for 4songs- 12-15mins, but was applied to my whole head vs just the bang area. I mentioned that to Charlie that I thought we were only applying to bang area., she mentioned wanting the color to be consistent. End result is the dark hair color in the photos. Again not the end of the world or blue, but nothing like the inspiration photo or my expressed desire to keep some dimension.

My stylist was able to assist with what I was looking for. I felt the process was a bit high for the level and was different than what I thought I'd selected but I appreciates that they confirmed what the process would be before moving forward. I guess maybe what I wanted was a little different than the options available on the site. I'm always a little unsure what to select when I book hair appointments online.

Haircuts aren't cheap, and I came in for a trim and to get rid of split ends. I voiced that I didn't want to lose a lot of length (I have curly hair so length is important) and how my hair does better when it's cut dry so we can see the split ends. The hairdresser I was working with did some initial cuts and then told me to wait while she went to prepare the hair wash station. While she was gone I noticed there was a good amount of split ends I could still see and so I pointed this out when she came back, basically asking her to take another look. She told me that there would always be split ends because she "doesn't have time to look thoroughly" which felt weird since I am quite literally paying for your time to help with this. Just rubbed me the wrong way a bit, I found even more split ends when I was done. I think it has to do with expectation management -- just tell me how based on my hair and the split ends we might have to lose more length than I anticipated so I can plan or figure out what matters most.

The only negative is the location they have to do eyebrows: depending on the time of day the sun is fully shining in your face so even though you have your eyes closed to get your brows done you'll still get blinded before/after. It's the Hydrodiamond microdermabrasion facial and its like a gentle sandblasting of your skin combined with an infusion of hydrating products that plumps your skin with a whole bunch of good products taking years off your face.
