I came here one…read moreday after work on a Friday and the lady I had was on the phone, didn't ask me what I was looking for on my eyebrows, etc. she went ahead and botched my right eyebrow making it super thin. Make-up couldn't fix it. I'm glad all my graduation events are over because this is a no. I also don't mind growing them out again, but like this is my face. I'm so annoyed that this happened and that she didn't even ask me specifically what I wanted. I just assumed she would've taken little hairs and then go ask me from there. You can't put hair back so it's always better to be safe than sorry. I won't be seeing here again, but I haven't had issues with other eyebrow artist. I was impressed with how clean and modern everything was. My wax specialist was really nice and was great at making conversation so I was distracted from any discomfort.
