No way... too good not to share. Here is the low down on some of the menu items we have tried. Mega taco and normal tacos: It's mega alright! It's so big that it hangs out the sides of the to-go container. Hubby was in hog heaven! I chose the normal sized tacos and just as tasty! The Angus beef is tender and seasoned well. The salsa and aioli... homemade and delicious. Spicy, but not overwhelming. The addition of ranch doritos added great texture/crunch and flavor. Definitely recommend and tacos are always on the menu! Chipotle Finger Lickin Chicken: So each week tends to feature a different finger lickin chicken variation. The chicken tenders are not pre-fab and frozen. No you are getting 4 thin chicken breasts here. Freshly breaded. And let me tell you the chipotle aioli... oh my word... it's sweet and a straight up party in my mouth. Not much heat but that is when the hot cheetos come in and add the perfect amount of heat and flavor. Only issue with the cheetos is they were either stale or they take on a very hard to chew texture once in a closed to-go container for 30 minutes. But I still found myself gnawing on one just because the flavor it added was worth it. Lol! Definitely at least 2 pounds of food. The container was so heavy and you could easily get 2 meals out of this entree if you can stop yourself. Pulled Pork Sandwich: I tried a bite of this and it was delicious! Great smoke flavor and bbq sauce was awesome. BBQ chips added great texture in and pickles... be still my heart and my ridiculous love of pickles. I almost wish I had ordered this for myself. Hopefully next time it finds it's way on the menu it shall me mine! Dusty Garlic Fries: I saved the best for last! Special seasoning that can be purchased to add to your spice collection. These fries are addictive and go great with everything. Can't wait to try the offering with the taco toppings on the fries. I can imagine they will be amazing. Chef Ender's menu changes weekly with the consistent offering of tacos and fries. There is a salad option and they sound wonderful, so we hope to try them soon. Both sandwiches came with fries. The sandwiches were good but my husbands wrap was very small and mine was light on meat. The fries were nice and crispy and the blackberry lemonade was delicious. There was light rock music playing softly, ambiance was nice. All in all a good experience aside from the smell which was giving my husband a headache. I would probably return for dinner one night. I was trying to decide between giving this place 3 and 4 stars and opted on 4 because it's new (they have food trucks but the brick and mortar is new) and they're still getting things right and the fact that we came for lunch instead of dinner so the menu was very limited and I felt like maybe I wasn't getting the full experience.

Needed a quick last-minute tasty dinner, so stopped here once again yesterday evening to pick up…read moresome tacos. Would love to say "third time's a charm", but unfortunately. . . . There were two other people picking up orders, but otherwise we were the only ones waiting. There were apparently four (yes four) people managing the truck, so it's not like it was just one person disappearing up their own backside to do everything. We ordered "grilled" chicken tacos & marinated pork tacos, both orders with EVERYTHING, but the grilled chicken tacos with no onions. Now keep in mind that not only were these orders written down & repeated back to me, but the nice young lady even called me back once to verify exactly what we wanted or didn't want on each order. About 20 minutes later, we had our order & headed home. Foolish me for not checking the order before leaving. Husband's "grilled" chicken tacos were not the grilled ones he likes, but rather the "crispy breaded" ones that he doesn't like at all. They did, however, have "everything" - i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, & cheese, & didn't have any raw onions as he requested. No lime wedge though. My marinated pork tacos had nothing but some diced raw onions & cilantro - no lettuce, tomatoes, or cheese. I did, however get a lime wedge. Honestly - it's like the Keystone Kops took this order & processed it, & frankly this has happened in some way or other each of the three times we've been there. Don't get me wrong - the food itself is good, but the mixups & executions leave quite a bit to be desired. Bottom Line: Do give this place a try if you like decent tacos, but just be sure to check your order (which we didn't) before you leave, or have an avant-garde attitude about your tacos. (Although even if we'd checked our order before leaving, it's doubtful we would have returned it & asked them to remake it & wait another 20 minutes.) Just be aware.
