When I said no, they then decided to send me a bill from 6 months ago! How can you seriously wait 6+ months to send a bill for a cleaning?! This has happened to my family members too, they choose to leave this dentist because of it and I choose to give them the benefit of the doubt and now its happened to me also! I saved all the messages between myself and the business so I would know how long this took. Additionally, they are not even giving me 30 days to pay the bill they due date is 15 days after the statement was printed. So I have 11 days from the date a received this bill... choose a different provider, thank me later for the warning.

My son, who had just turned 7, did very well during his X-rays, cleaning, and exam. He had a broken space maintainer that needed to be removed. His gums were swollen and sore around it, and he was understandably very nervous about the procedure. At his initial appointment, he was too scared to have it removed, so we rescheduled. When we returned, he was still extremely anxious and on the verge of a panic attack, but he allowed the staff to begin the numbing process and was sitting calmly. During that process, a piece of cotton from the numbing applicator became caught on the broken space maintainer and pulled on it, which frightened him and caused him to start crying. At that point, the doctor became noticeably frustrated and said he didn't know what we wanted him to do. As parents, we were trying to calm our son and help him cooperate, but we were also relying on the dentist to explain our options and recommend the best course of action. The doctor then left the room to see other patients and, while walking out, mentioned either rescheduling or taking our son somewhere else. However, this was never discussed with us as a professional recommendation, so I assumed he was simply trying to encourage our son to cooperate. After we calmed our son down, he agreed to try nitrous oxide. When the doctor returned to remove the appliance, my son became extremely distressed. He wasn't acting out or being defiant--he was genuinely terrified and appeared to be having a panic attack. He was crying, begging them to stop, and saying it hurt. We had to help hold him still while the appliance was removed. Once the procedure was finished, the doctor threw the instrument down, said, "Jesus," and, while walking out of the room, told us to take our son to a pediatric dentist. I am not claiming my son was an easy patient. This level of fear was new for him, and I understand that treating an anxious child can be challenging. However, I do not believe the doctor handled the situation professionally, especially as someone who treats pediatric patients and promotes the practice as being a comfortable, welcoming environment for children. It's also worth noting that our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. for one hour, and we were back in our car by 10:27 a.m. We were not running over our appointment time or causing major delays. If the doctor felt my son would be better treated by a pediatric dentist, that recommendation could have been made during the initial cleaning when it first became clear how fearful he was. Alternatively, he could have calmly discussed that recommendation with us before proceeding, explained why he felt it was the best option, and offered a referral. Instead, the interaction ended with visible frustration, taking The Lord's name in vain around my 3 young kids, and an abrupt exit, which was disappointing to say the least. We only came to this office because our previous dentist stopped accepting our insurance. After this experience, we will not be returning. I would rather pay out of pocket to go back to our previous dentist. I have never written bad reviews before, but this experience has bothered me for days. Most importantly, my son--who had never been this afraid of the dentist before--is now terrified of going to any dentist

Her bedside manner is crude and she did more damage to my teeth than good. Horrible. I stopped going because of her, and reported it to the lady who called me asking why I haven't returned.
