These people show up when they are supposed to and go over and beyond the job that was agreed to. The quality of the materials used were the best. The design was beautiful and well thought out. Suzi, co-owner, listened to me as I explained what I wanted (which was lots of trees and flowering shrubs. I t was important to me that I have water-wise plans and zero scape design. Suzi worked within my budget to get me what I wanted. Every morning the project manager (Carter) would meet with me to discuss what would happen that day and to get my input. My new pergola is unique and beautifully built by co-owner Dan. I highly recommend this company.

But not all of the things I was told would be fixed were taken care of, and I still think people need to know about the workers who actually come out to the properties. I hired Loveland Landscapes and Gardens for a xeriscape project. The workers were not very respectful of my property and really didn't do a professional job: - They left trash (soda cans, water bottles, paper) when they left. - A worker ran over one of my solar lights (in a section that wasn't being worked on). I saw on my security camera that he backed up over it, then they proceeded to just scoop it up and throw it in the garbage. They couldn't even be bothered to report it to us or their employer. (Loveland did reimburse me for the light.) - They left my sprinklers running for 6+ hours. In the middle of the day. In this drought. - They started the project on a Friday and left for a three-day weekend. Without asking if it was okay, they parked their heavy machine in my backyard, ruining the grass that was underneath it. - They failed to bring 3 tons of the rock I paid for, did not make the rock depth as deep as it should have been, did not fully cover the ground with weed barrier, and didn't do any work in a section that was specifically included in the project. Even when they came back a week later, most of the issues weren't fixed. My parents also had this company xeriscape their front yard at the same time and had shoddy work done, as well as other issues (the workers going into their backyard to pick fruit off their tree and pee by their shed...). I also found out from one of the owners that instead of talking to my dad about some issues with the work being done (or contacting the project manager), the workers just pretended they couldn't speak English and ignored him. In response to all the concerns I had, the officer manager wrote, "I have never had anyone complain about them, they have been with our company for 15+ years." I felt like that was a dismissive response. Plus, since my parents also had issues with the workers who went to their house, I have a hard time believing we're the only people to deal with this. Poor work habits don't appear overnight. One of the owners did stop by to bring a check for the extra cost on my utility bill from the sprinklers being left on. However, after speaking with her about my experience, my impression of the company overall did not improve, especially when I was told that as an owner, she shouldn't have to deal with these things. She did offer to have people come out to look at the work that still wasn't fixed, but since there were issues all three days they were at my house, I didn't want to risk having something else happen, so I'll just do what I can to fix things.

On the off chance that you do ever reach them, they will make an appointment with you, then just not show up. I was really excited to do business with this company based on the Google Reviews that I had read. I tried calling them, and they were impossible to reach. No one ever answered the phone. It always went to voicemail after just one ring. I called them several times over a two week period of time, requesting a call back each time. I should have just left it at that and looked elsewhere. Eventually, I found an email contact form on their site, and sent them an email. In the email I let them know that I was looking for a quote, and had been trying to reach them for a couple of weeks. When they finally called back, I decided that maybe not being able to reach them over the phone was a fluke, and I'd go ahead and schedule an appointment. We were having sod delivered to us, and needed to install a sprinkler system before it came. I asked if they could come out and quote me a sprinkler system as well as the price for then leveling and grading the lot. I was told that they absolutely do that, and they would be happy to come out and quote it. I think it was a Wednesday when I spoke to the man who called me. His next available appointment was the following Tuesday at 4:00. I took the appointment, even though it meant leaving work several hours early. When Tuesday finally rolled around, I made sure I was at home by 3:00 in case he showed up early. At 4:00, no one showed up. By 4:15, no one had showed up. I tried calling to see if they were running late. No answer. By 4:30, I was still waiting. I called again, but got no answer. I left a voicemail saying that I had a 4:00 o'clock appointment, and was still waiting for them to show up. 4:45, still no one. I called again. Again, there was no answer. I left another message. 5:00 rolled around. Still, no one had come, and no one had called me back. I had given up by this point. I was really upset that I had left work so early to come home and wait for someone who would never show up. At 5:30, I called again, and left yet another message. I called again at 5:45, and then at 5:55. The company closes at 6. This experience happened back in August. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM EVER. So, not only did they schedule an appointment with me, and then blow it off, they never called me back to apologize for missing it, or to reschedule the appointment. The last voicemail I left was very polite, but I did say that I was upset that I was stood up, and that I would appreciate a call. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to do business. I lost several hours of work, and week of time that some other company could have been working on my sprinkler system (since I had to wait a week just for a quote). I can't believe that this company has such great reviews when they won't even answer their phones, or show up to the appointments that they book. Save yourself the time, frustration, hassle and eventual disappointment, and go with someone else. Sadly, I can't recommend another company. I was on a deadline, and ended up having to install my sprinkler system myself due to the time I had lost waiting on All Seasons Landscaping.
