Once he had the money, getting him to actually come out and take care of the yard became a massive challenge. ​Every time I asked for an update, he acted as if I was getting on his nerves and annoying him. Despite being paid completely, he left my yard incomplete. ​To make matters worse, when I asked him to bring his edger back to properly finish up the yard, he just packed up and left my house without saying a word--no "I'm done," no "thank you," nothing. ​Lesson learned: Never pay a contractor in full advance. Once they have your money, your project is no longer their priority. I would not recommend this service.
