I used this lawn service twice in July and was very disappointed both times. It honestly looked like the yard wasn't even mowed -- large patches were missed, and tall dandelions were still standing when they left. After the first visit, I contacted the company to express my concerns. It took several days to hear back, and they responded by asking how the second visit went -- before it had even happened. When they did return, the results were just as bad. The job was still patchy, with uneven cuts and areas clearly untouched. It looks like they need to sharpen or change the mower blades, lower the deck, or simply slow down and take more care. For a service I paid for, the quality was unacceptable. Thought it looked good until i saw he had blown all the lawn clippings into the neighbors driveway which i then had to sweep up. Was very alarmed as well when my wife said he was very handsy with her, and used vulgar language around the kids. 100% will never call him again. read more

Called to speak to manager and the person that answered did not want to give his name or transfer me to the manager, maybe he was the manager but was a total asshole. How are they supposed to get people when they hang up on you ? Horrible customer service, way of answering didn't even mention the company's name. 5 hours late with no phone call and wouldn't have shown up at all had I not called to see where the heck they were. Changed me more money even after looking at my system that should have qualified for base 55 dollar price. Owner extremely rude through text message and techs not very helpful.
