He came out on Sunday and gave me an estimate the same day. We had to wait to move a dumpster out of my driveway so his equipment could get in to do the job. As soon as it was moved he was there the next day with his crew. He gave me an estimate and went over what I wanted and what the estimate covered. He told me what additional he could do and how much extra it would cost if I wanted it. (IE Stump grinding vs bare minimal tree removal) They were fast. They were professional.
