Long story short this Mall and Macys saved us when we needed it the most. On top of it New Jersey not like California had no sales tax , and we were so happy looking at the receipt when everything we bought was on sale also.

The stores are all going out due to too much online shopping, as well as shoplifting, and of course the variety of stores shrinking over time. The mall used to have a much better variety of stores in the past from a toy store, a Wendy's, a Chick-fil A, and many other stores that are no longer a part of it. The mall today is almost completely barren and empty with little to no surviving stores left which is sad. Sure it has been modernized and renovated over the years to help give it a more modern feel, but it is only a matter of time before it is completely gone and torn down to make room for another warehouse. The only good thing about it now is the food court selection is slightly better than in the past and all the food places are all in the same vicinity not scattered like it used to be. But in the end, the stores now don't offer the same quality or value of products you would get in the past when there were much better stores to choose from.

I stopped by the mall today to SEE SANTA, Christmas…read moredecorations, pick up some white elephant surprise presents . I was able to get what I needed at Macy's and the Norman's Hallmark store. I was looking for some nice chocolate and snacks and to see the Clinique counter specials at Macy's. I'm very happy to see Santa. There was only one child in line to see Santa.. I guess there are some Santa traditions that I've just changed so much but for me I'm happy to see it while I'm still kicking. We all got photos. Service was pretty magnificent. There was lots of staff throughout the mall. There were some half off specials too, which were wonderful. I'm a big fan of this historical mall.!!

Decent selection but I took the family here when we visited Sesame Place. It's close by but walking through it felt very empty and the biggest complaint was that it is not well maintained. There were so many trash cans and buckets collecting water from all the leaks in the roof. A lot of the walking paths are blocked by these containers. I have 2 kids and we visited the little arcade there which seems to be outdated. The mall seems to just be waiting to be closed. Overall experience here wasn't the greatest. Not worth driving out of your way to visit this place.

It is comfortably alive, which is more than can be said for much of modern retail. The Barnes and Noble alone is reason enough to show up. It is a proper bookstore where you can wander, browse, and briefly pretend the internet isn't actively murdering print media. I also enjoy the little AMC theater, which is perfectly fine as long as you are seeing a movie that does not demand the thunder and spectacle of IMAX. Sometimes a modest screen, a bag of popcorn and a plush recliner are more than enough. The place is rarely crowded, which makes errands feel less like combat and more like a calm agreement between shoppers and time itself. That said, I am hoping something interesting eventually replaces the recently shuttered Bahama Breeze. The space feels like it wants to be fed a new idea. Time will tell whether that happens. Four stars for being pleasant, functional, and quietly resisting extinction. In this era, that feels like an accomplishment.

Located on an ass ugly stretch of U.S. Route 1 in Langhorne, PA, across from Reedman Toll Auto World, the impression of too much blacktop in front of a long strip of stores, is hard to shake. The commercial zone is anchored by Rednor's (discount groceries) and Marshall's (discount clothing), with smaller retailers filling the gaps. There are several fast food outlets (Chinese, Panera, Duck Donuts, Chucky Cheese, Tacos, etc.), all more or less decent, but nothing to get excited about, not drive too far to indulge. So, you go there if you live nearby and can arrange a multipurpose plan to capture various needs in one trip, like pick up you dry goods, a box of Ducks and drop off your tax prep stuff at H&R Block, or some other variation. Of course if your a cheese steak maven, you might be tempted to go there hungry and visit Steve's Prince of Steaks in a free standing store that sits in front of the shopping center, but feels like a part of it. It looks like they have plans to modernize and construct new buildings along Rt.1, but until they do, this will be at best a mediocre low budget place to shop. Not that you can't accomplish anything there, it's just that you'll feel depressed while doing it.

My contractor picked up the tiles from the store and found that the store prepared WRONG tiles (of lower quality) and BROKEN tiles. I called the stores 9 times this morning and no one picked up the phone. When I contacted Floor and Decor headquarters, an online live representative blamed me for not double checking when I picked the tiles up. Now I have to drive back to the store to see if the store has enough store of the type I ordered....I'd recommend to stay away from this store.

It's the 10 acre center of Princeton featuring a village green that every visitor wants to stroll…read morewhile they're here. Great restaurants and high-end window shopping abound in this rectangular upscale idyll that always seems to be packed with khakis. You can get everything from a flight of microbrews, sushi airlifted from Japan and a Rolex chaser along with a fairly rapid churn of retailers owing to the sky high rents. In the summer expect impromptu concerts while the winter brings the obligatory tree lighting and extended shopping hours. It's all very genteel and lovely and is what you would envision as a pristine Ivy League backdrop albeit one with a bit of a hard scrabble backstory. It seems way back in the 1930's Zinc Magnate Edgar Palmer was eager to transform the area from a working class shantytown of migrants (who labored in the homes of the town's prosperous) and simply bought up all of the land and replaced it with his gazebo laden daydream. Goodbye migrants. Through the years Ralph Kramden gave way to Ralph Lauren and Ham Hocks became Hermés while the factory row homes magically turned into multi-million dollar townhomes and condominiums. Palmer is good for a meal and a stroll but personally, I find the PU campus far more interesting with it's collegiate-gothic architecture and gardens that seemingly pop out of nowhere. If you're in Princeton you can't help but find yourself here. Enjoy it and be sure to hoist a microbrew to your new Rolex. Five stars.
