Here's what went wrong - she made chastising and snide remarks about always having bacteria in my urine. The urine test showed no bacteria. I mentioned that I had a series of UTI's and had none since my surgery (stent in my kidneys). She had no idea what I was talking about. I am not a new patient to Ms. Lee and her office, uro-gynecology, had my records. She repeatedly dug her fingernails into me during the exam and commented on how thin my skin was and did I feel her nails digging into tissue. Of course I did - keep in mind this was a gynecology exam! Never before have I had an internal exam via fingernails. She noted I had internal irritations. Her clawing fingernails did not help this situation. She did not leave the room after the exam. She stayed in the room, facing me while I dressed. I have never had any doctor or PA do that before. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate. While I appreciate that Dr. Polland is very good at what she does, her PA, who is friendly and smiling, needs to keep her comments to herself, trim her fingernails, and be respectful of patient privacy. Not a good experience.

Stethoscopes are decidedly old school as doctors stare into laptops occasionally coming up for air to discuss symptoms and diagnoses with the enthusiasm of a metronome. The docs could just as well be holographic or stuck in the metaverse (for that matter, so could you.) "At the tone, please download your balz into the 3-D printer." You never forget for a moment that you're "on the clock." The good news is that procedures and testing that were once outsourced are now conducted in-house with most results available next day. Maybe there's something to be said for efficiency after all. Medicine's brave new world is alive and well here. I just might get used to it. Four 3-D stars.

Check out the other two reviews that were made right after (the same day) that I shared my information with the public by two women who obviously work in her office because they've never reviewed on Yelp before, and their reviews are so glowing that you have to wonder... is she that arrogant that she thinks we don't get it..?!? Girl, I don't know what you have going on in your life, but obviously the focus is not MEDICINE. NOTE: all the other others ....agree with me that she is so high on her horse that she can't see the ground. Some years ago, when she first opened (because I have serious urological issues that now fall into-- get it "Womens pelvic health"...) I went to her because of my very serious, very painful and incurable issues and they knew the issues well. I received treatments that helped me tremendously. HOWEVER, this was the beginning of a very serious health journey, and so some of this got put on the back burner.... But, this year those challenges have reared their ugly heads.... I called the office to make an appointment and was told that there was a $300 outstanding insurance co-pay. It happens.... I said I'll be happy to pay for it. They said you'll have to call a different number. I said OK give me the number. And an appointment.... And this is when I wanted to reach through the phone and choke that doctor .....If anybody can find her, I don't know if she exists. I never did ever meet her. I was told, because I owed this amount, that I was now placed in Doctor Molden's BED DEBT NO MORE A PATIENT file! And I said well, I'll pay for it and then I can see Dr. Molden.., I'm really suffering... And, she said, no, you're now a bad debt, so we can't see you anymore... WHAT THE?!?! I don't know what else to say. She obviously needs with all these reviews to pull her stuff together... get off that pedestal... hit the ground hard.... find some empathy, caring, and most of all ....how about medical professionalism ?!?! I think part of her oath, which I doubt she took, actually addresses the fact that no doctor should cause pain or suffering.... And guess what Dr Molden, there's lots of people out there doing what you're doing now and I'm now seeing one of them and they really exist. I see the doctor... They don't send out nurse practitioner to care for you. Which by the way, I have no problem with whatsoever, but, I would expect to have a relationship with the doctor as well. I wonder if those PAs get her level of salary.?!.. because they're actually doing all her work, as far as I can see. PS anyone who follows me, knows I have never written more than a couple of scathing reviews, because I realize that restaurants have problems in the kitchen..everyone has staff problems ...Services sometimes run into problems, stuff happens, But this isn't "stuff". This is her way of doing business.... (I'm not mentioning doing medicine, because, she's not doing medicine for me ....or a lot of people, as far as I can see)... When it becomes a health problem for people who need to seek medical care, I am happy to add this one in... And she's one of the very few doctors that plasters her picture all over the place. I guess somebody told her that pretty and smart can be a killer combination and she just paid attention to the pretty part.. Obviously she has never heard (like the rest of us have)... beauty comes from inside.

Drew Hecht has been my urologist for about a decade, since I reached the age when men should take…read morebetter care of themselves to avoid some of the complications of growing up (and older). His office, originally Bucks County Urology is now Urology Care Alliance, a consortium of specialists in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Through these changes, he has continued to be an excellent practitioner. He also has the best sense of humor of any doctor I have known. Always a hoot to have the annual checkup and leave chuckling despite having to drop my drawers and cough. The prostate exam is never fun, but at least he knows all the jokes and can keep me distracted. For my male friends, once you reach 40 you should be thinking about keeping your plumbing working efficiently, and your sex life as strong as possible. Start getting check ups early, and you can feel more confident that you can have a happy and healthy long and intimate life.

He makes you extremely comfortable and your urological problems feel less embarrassing. I was in complete agony recently and this office brought me in immediately to be seen and treated by Dr. Terens. They respond in a timely manner after leaving messages and even call up to checkup on you after procedures. Dr. Terens even personally called me over the weekend to check up on me when I was in pain. He again will see me right away Monday morning to treat me and make me feel better. This is a very caring office and staff and I highly recommend this office and Dr. Terens. Dr. Terens will definitely be the only urologist I ever see as I feel he is knowledgeable and really cares for his patients and I trust him. I've never felt more comfortable and taken care of by any other doctor. Usually I'm nervous to see any doctor and be examined but I've never felt more comfortable than I do with Dr. Terens. I'm sure the other doctors there are just as great too. Thank you very much for treating me and for me not afraid to see the doctor! -Christopher Neller
