However this building is DANGEROUS; this venue should be avoided at all costs for events that can happen when there is snow on the ground. The building has a metal roof that's has a pitch of approximately 60-70°. If there's snow on the roof it's only a matter of time before it comes flying down before falling 3 stories to the ground. During our rehearsal dinner 5 cars had their windshields smashed in by falling snow and ice, including the bride's car. At least one vehicle had damage to the hood. The owners of the facility didn't even put up signs to notify people of the danger the next day for the wedding. I saw many people walk right under the spots where the cars were hit the night before. They just put up two caution cones and hoped for the best. After mentioning this to a few friends the following day we learned that similar incidents have happened in the past but no one was hurt. I find it disturbing that the owners have done nothing to stop people from parking or walking under this problem area. THE OWNERS ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE ISSUE AND REFUSED TO ADDRESS IT. When this happened we all sat around and listened to the bride call the owners. The woman she spoke to was less than empathic to the bride who was obviously shaken up and crying. After finding out that no one was hurt the next thing she said was that everyone involved needs to call their insurance and make a claim. The next thing she said was, "Did you call the police? Since it's on private property the police don't need to be involved". After the bride hung up the phone we all just looked at each other dumbfounded by the lack of empathy or remorse. Two of the people whose windshields were smashed lived over an hour away and had to find someone to come and get them in the middle of a nasty storm. Also, there is a snowmobile trail that runs along 2 sides of the building. This means that it's legal for snowmobiles to be within a 10 ft of the building on all sides. The most recent wedding I attended had to be stopped a few times while we waited for packs of snowmobiles to pass. The trailhead and main gas station for the snowmobiles are also right next to Red Brick Hall. There's nothing on Google or Apple Maps indicating the presence of these trails and the owners obviously aren't going to tell you about them. To top it all off there's train tracks less than 200ft away. We had to stop the ceremony when a train came through blaring its horn. We're also still trying to figure out why the bride and groom were charged 10% more for food than originally agreed upon. If anything you'd think the owners would provide a discount after everything they put the couple through. I will edit this if the owner's insurance ends up taking care of the damaged vehicles but so far everyone is paying their deductible out of pocket.

The bridal suite was also the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. There were 6-7 of us getting ready in there, and it was the perfect amount of space. The owners were also amazing to work with. Any time I had a question or wanted to visit the hall, all I had to do was shoot a text and I got my answer shortly after. We also had a couple *slight* mishaps the day of, and both Jeff and Jessica were there helping us or offering back up solutions in case things didn't work out. They also even set off some fireworks for us at the end of the night!! I can't put into words how happy I am that I decided to have my wedding here!! We contacted so many different establishments about catering our wedding and it was so stressful. Immediately Sarah was different. She was so kind and welcoming right from the start, quick and clear in all of her communication, and worked within our budget to give us exactly what we wanted! We had a really unique dinner spread request for 250 people and she went above and beyond to accommodate. We had a lot of vegan and gluten free guests and she made sure they had options for the appetizers, dinner, and dessert. All of our guests RAVED about our food. So many people have asked us where it was from and I can't count the amount of people who thanked us for our choice in caterers/food!! Not only that but Sarah ran everything so beautifully and smoothly. Not once did I have to worry about a thing, and she caught and solved multiple problems before they happened! It was like magic! She made sure I, as the bride, ate and when we forgot a knife to cut the cake she was on it. There is plenty of parking (with signage) and even an overflow parking area. The outdoor ceremony location has a turf ground and surrounded by trees. The turf made it easy to walk with heels and the trees helped provide more of a romantic secluded environment. The reception area had an outdoor tent area (for the post ceremony appetizers and drinks) and an indoor area (for the formal dinner). Everyone loved the food and unique presentations. The staff were incredibly friendly and flexible and a joy to work with. They made me feel so important, like this was the biggest day of the year for them and I know they are very busy. I can't say enough positive about them but by far the most helpful thing was something rather unexpected. About 2 months before the wedding, I met with them over the phone and in person to go over their pre-wedding questionnaires. Not only did this form help make sure we were on the same page with absolutely every detail, the process helped me realize some areas where I had been a little delinquent in my planning.
