So, when I needed something printed I thought I would give them a try. Online quote request at http://mojoprint.solutions/ was super easy to use. I decided to get a quote first, before committing to using them, just to be safe. You can also just make an order directly without requesting a quote on this site. Late one night, from the comfort of my home, I simply sent my file and the details to them, specifying quote due date, order due date, paper weight, color, etc... (this was LATE Tues 11:15pm) I got communication back right away early Wed morning with a few quote options and email communication was prompt. I could tell the owner was detail and customer service oriented. Picked everything up- 50 (4x6) color postcards and they totalled $30. We had a little mixup on the invoice but I simply pointed it out and they were really accommodating about allowing me to call in with payment once they got the invoice corrected. I recently visited this FedEx store and was met with a lack of customer service. I was first shuttled to a computer to do it all myself and spent 20mins just trying to print the first label A to B. The internet was slow and then I ran into an issue with being able to pay for the second label B to A. Finally, a rep came to help but instead of offering to help they simply gave me a lot of "No we can't do that" or " you have to do that on your account". This further agitated me. Every time I tried to explain I just need a prepaid label going from B to A, they state I had to do a return label on my account. It was very clear the rep didn't want to help (probably because I'm very agitated at this point) and wasn't listening fully to provide me with the correct answer. The manager was watching and didn't intervene to help at all. I left abruptly, frustrated and with only 1 label of 2 labels I needed. The task seemed impossible at this location. When I called to confirm this had happened, the individual I spoke to was unhelpful, indicating that it is totally normal for people to receive email meant for another person -- that may be true but the lack of concern around sharing my social was disconcerting. I remember spelling my email aloud, meaning that there was a typo not corrected -- if the notary can have customers visually approve the email, that'd be appreciated.
