I do a lot of rather complex printing here. The quality is excellent, service is quick and efficient, staff is friendly, able, and knowledgeable. On the rare occasions when there has been a problem, they always go the extra mile to make it right. Their shipping service is also excellent and they're good at finding the best shipping method. When I'm there I see them treating other customers with the same courtesy and helpfulness that they show me. They are a shining example of local business. I don't have to go into copy junction very often but when I do everyone except the older gentleman that works there is disrespectful. If you ask them a question they look at you like you're stupid. I also have had packages dropped off there after I'm not home to sign for them and when I go the next day to pick them up they can never find it, when I can see it on the floor. It's honestly ridiculous. Also it can 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge your presence. Unfortunately it's the only place in Cheney that holds UPS/FedEx so you're forced to use a business that constantly treats you poorly. read more

Completely unreliable! Dropped off my wedding seating chart to be laminated and made it clear that I was going to get married in two days. The gal working the front desk promise that they would be done by the end of the day. When I went to pick them up midday the following day they were still untouched! Huge disappointment. While the man that helped me was nice overall I wouldn't ever go there to send a package that I didn't want the whole store to know who the receiver was (such as a return to certain stores that make some people blush, etc). He just sort of announced where I was sending something and while it is just a clothing store it has a name that could raise eyebrows of those whom don't know what the store is. There was also an odd oder to the store that felt unpleasant. I think I will use Copy Junction the least I can. read more

This was the second time I've gone to the Copy Junction in Cheney Washington and both times I have been amazed at the way I was treated by the woman behind the counter (Alice?). With simple printing needs I have been treated like a child and a bother. I cannot imagine treating a customer this way. Terrible terrible terrible service. Waited for 25 minutes to get a notary signed. Took them 5 minutes to get any help sort of help and was ignored for any other 20. Everyone who seems to work there is rude, especially Roger. Charged me 3 dollars to scan a set of documents and email them to myself after that. What a rip off. read more

this place is unorganized and unprofessional. the packages are just laying on the ground and when you go to pick them up, they don't even look all the way through them to see if your package is there. plus, there's a really rude girl that works there and told me my package would be there the next day, went the next day and she told me that it's not here and she doesn't know where i heard that from. it's ridiculous and unprofessional. i ordered one of the packages off amazon prime, it was sent there because i was not home, and the workers told me for two straight days it was not there even though on my amazon app it said it was there. i am NOT happy. get your shit together read more

I have been using their services to ship and box everything I send all over the country. I used them at least twice a month. I have never received anything but top notch service. Nothing I have ever sent has been damaged during shipment. I have sent crystal and collectibles too without an issue. I don't understand these other reviews. They are great to me and even call me by my first name. I am grateful to have a complete packing and shipping center in Cheney - if not, I would have to drive all the way to Spokane for this service.
