I was in a bit of a bind though, so I decided to go through with it. Gabriel called within minutes, asked a few questions to get a better idea of what was going on, and gave me an eta immediately. Upon arrival, Gabriel assessed the situation, explained what was happening and, in his best opinion, why it was happening. When jumping my car was unsuccessful due to the battery being completely dead, Gabriel helped me push my SUV into my driveway, which was no easy feat. In all, I was definitely satisfied with the assistance provided and I would 100% recommend. Jill mentioned the driver might be a little late due to being on another job (understandable), but eventually he ended up arriving during our scheduled appointment. My car was modified and there was some concern getting it onto the flatbed, so they planned on driving it out during the pick up. Instead, they did the full hook up and escorted out of the port safe and sound.
