Not only did they fail to show up, but they also did not bother to call or update us. I had to call them the following day to find out what happened. After initially not returning my call, I was told there was a "conflict of interest." When I pressed to find out what that conflict was--considering this is straightforward warranty work and diagnosis--I was given no reasonable answer. It is unacceptable to leave a customer waiting, ghost them, and then provide vague excuses. I highly recommend staying away from this company if you want reliable, professional service for your pool equipment. We are now wasting more time finding a reputable company to fix the issues Just Beachy couldn't be bothered to show up for.

He took the time to go over EVERYTHING about the pool (we are new to having a pool). He even fixed a few things for no charge. We have since had him back to covert the pool to salt, he didn't upsell us on the top generator just the one he knows is best and gave us a $100 rebate. He made sure to check in with us the next day and go over the numbers and then delivered 2 more bags of salt to the house because of the upcoming rain. 10/10 would recommend sapphire for all of your pool needs.
