Additionally, I was charged $750 for a controller box for a seven-zone system which I found online & it's way cheaper and $50 for a sprinkler, despite mentioning that we had brand new sprinklers I could use, he said they had to use the company ones. Furthermore, zones 5, 6, and 7 were not fixed because the technician was unable to locate the second controller box and the remaining sprinklers. The technician repeatedly mentioned that it was too hot and that we would need to schedule another appointment to fix zones 5, 6, and 7, which would require digging. As a result, I am now fixing zones 5, 6, and 7 myself, after being charged $1730 for a job that took less than two hours. Would not recommend, overall he was nice and professional. Did what he did FAST and left. I would've preferred someone more thorough as we told him it was a gift to my Inlaws having the sprinklers done. I would've preferred someone who did not mind getting the job done especially when you are billing me almost $2000. Next time, I'll ask for a break down of everything beforehand so I can have an idea of what I will be paying.

We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.

All quotes were for the same depth, materials, pump, and water pressure tank. You sir are a disgrace. You grossly overquoted the job and took my money with a smirk on your face.
