Despite the limited selection, there was a good diversity of different types of games including some of my favorites, some I've been wanting to try, and some I had never heard of! One of the coolest features of the shop is the incredible selection of candles and wax melts inspired by tabletop gaming. Although they are especially exciting for gamers, I think anyone who loves scents shouldn't miss this line. They had a buy 3, get 1 free promotion so we decided to buy 8 wax melts and had such a hard time narrowing it down to just 8! So far I've been enjoying the "Temple" scent in my house but can't wait to use the other 7 and hopefully try some more eventually. I can't wait to stop back in to the Crafty Gamer. In comparison, Numiru is always welcoming, quick, and friendly. The front half is sealed cards, board games, collectibles, and some books. Back half is singles, tables for games, and some drinks. While they don't have every product always, the selection they do have is at market price and varied. As we all know, Pokémon is the hot thing to scalp, and I always know that Numiru will have my back and at least a pack to buy in these trying times. They're only open Thursday-Sunday, but that's fine with me. For the value, friendliness, and lack of that certain something that makes me scared to ask questions in other shops, I'll wait for Numiru.

It seems like a small shop, but they have an excellent selection of board games, collectibles (funko, Star Wars, etc) books and snacks/drinks. The back of the store is setup for to play games and various tournaments. I was impressed with how clean the store was as well. Extremely disappointing customer service…read more FedEx may be responsible for the shipping issue, but CoolStuffInc is responsible for making sure the product I paid for actually reaches me--and for helping resolve the problem when it doesn't. I contacted CoolStuffInc, explained the situation, and even provided a solution FedEx gave me: the shipper needs to contact FedEx to remove the restriction so I can pick up my package. Instead of taking ownership and helping resolve the issue, CoolStuffInc has been completely unhelpful. Shipping problems happen. Poor customer service is a choice. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider ordering from CoolStuffInc again. Extremely poor customer service and accountability.
