From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the delightful whir of drones trying (and usually failing) to navigate the aisles. The selection? Oh, it's massive! I half-expect to see a car launch itself off the shelf and challenge me to a race. The staff is a hysterical mix of friendly and fanatic. They'll give you expert advice while simultaneously detailing their latest drag race, complete with sound effects. Need help? Just yell "help!" but be prepared for a lively discussion about the pros and cons of electric vs. nitro engines, as everyone in the store suddenly becomes an expert. And let's not forget the events--they're less like competitions and more like a scene from a sitcom, with drones crashing, cars flipping, and people laughing hysterically. In short, shopping at Grace's RC Orlando isn't just a purchase; it's an adventure filled with laughter, friendly banter, and maybe a little bit of chaos. If you leave without a huge grin on your face, you might want to check if you've accidentally bought an RC rock crawler instead of a race car!

Today, we visited because Tim needed a very specific green paint. After looking for awhile, I found it and it was a good price. The only downside is sometimes the paint prices are way higher that what you will get online (a difference of $5-10$), so we will check forst, and if we can get the same paint for $6, it'll be like $17 here. Which is kinda weird to me because the store is so big, and always pretty active, so it doesn't make sense to have such a significant difference in price. That's my only issue. otherwise, the place is clean, the customer service reps are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can expect to have a friendly conversation regarding your purchases. We left satisfied and we always come back!

We were on a mission and I was definitely distracted by all the super cute things! I love all the frames with funny and inspirational quotes on them. I wish I could buy them all. You can literally find one with a quote or saying that totally relates to you. I feel like every time I come in, they have a crazy good sale going on. Today, we got everything we needed for 40% off! SCORE! BTW, if you are looking for ANYTHING "Farm House" related, this is the place to check out. Literally Farm House décor everywhere. I was really impressed with the section they had for sports, primarily, baseball. There was a very nice selection of wall art with motivational sayings (lots of this in the store). If you have a specific theme in mind for decorating a room, you will have no problems getting inspired by walking around this store.

They have all sorts of cute wall art and candles and pillows and such. Much like Chick Fil A, they are closed on Sundays. I made that mistake. There is a large wedding section which is reasonably priced. It's grown since I got married 4 years ago, and you can find a bunch of bridal items. There is also a large sewing/knitting section. I personally have never learned to sew, but I did find that section useful for finding fabric tape I was in need of. There is also a section for artists with all sorts of canvas, paints, etc. it's a really large and interesting store to browse. Plenty of parking.

She was outstanding, professional, and kind. This review is strictly about how the owner chose to handle the situation. I went in looking to buy a structure deck for the new Gundam card game that just released. The staff member confirmed they had four decks in stock, but said they weren't selling them yet because they hadn't received their full shipment and were worried about scalpers. I completely understood that concern, so I explained I only wanted one deck for myself. Even then, she said the owner refused to sell them because they wanted to use the decks for an event to teach people how to play. I mentioned I wouldn't be able to attend the event and just wanted to buy the product, but they still said no. I honestly don't know how they're going to run an event with only four structure decks. It's frustrating to be turned away when they clearly had the product in stock, especially since I've had several good experiences with this shop in the past. Again, I really appreciate how well the staff member handled the situation. Unfortunately, the owner's decision here made for a very disappointing experience. If you're looking for Gundam products, this is not the store to go to.
