For instance, I purchase a Disney Nuimo that sells for about $20 brand new for only $10, which makes sense as it is a used item. But, what I tend to see with more recent resellers is that they would sell that same item for $30 simply because "you can only buy it in the parks." I will certainly be back in the future.

One of the cards ordered was advertised as "Near Mint," but I received a card with physical damage, including deep pen indentations When I contacted customer service about the misgraded item, the only resolution offered was a $2.00 credit or free shipping on my next order. This offer is completely inadequate--it neither compensates for the significant drop in value nor provides the expected remedy of a replacement card in correct condition as per their website's return policy. Coolstuffinc needs to honor its grading standards and provide fair resolutions to long-term customers who receive damaged goods. Buyers beware: "Near Mint" may mean "Damaged." Given their quality control and refusal to make it right, I strongly recommend finding another card store for your purchases.

Despite the limited selection, there was a good diversity of different types of games including some of my favorites, some I've been wanting to try, and some I had never heard of! One of the coolest features of the shop is the incredible selection of candles and wax melts inspired by tabletop gaming. Although they are especially exciting for gamers, I think anyone who loves scents shouldn't miss this line. They had a buy 3, get 1 free promotion so we decided to buy 8 wax melts and had such a hard time narrowing it down to just 8! There is a cafe that served small bites, breakfast, snacks, and a nice selection of unique coffees. I got a rainbow road cold brew and it didn't disappoint. There was enough seating and my kids enjoyed their bagel while me and my husband enjoyed an avocado toast. This spot is definitely worth coming out to at least once.
