Aegis was new but promised to deliver within 2 weeks and despite a lot of "detective work" I had the plat in hand and within the court records and land markings completed within the promised time frame. I explained the situation to Tyler on a Monday and he quickly responded with a fair estimate and said he would have someone out to do the job on Wednesday. Jay, who performed the survey, was on time and was very patient in listening to my concerns and answering my questions. He had the job done in about an hour and provided a tour of where the boundary lines were. He encountered a situation with someone that could have easily escalated but his great 'people skills' prevented anything from happening. I can't say enough about EDM, their services, or their employees. Tyler and Jay are the definition of what 'true-professionals' are and I consider them both as assets to the company.
