I am very detailed oriented, so I made sure the quote and contract contained ALL of my expectations. I was also present for the work everyday to both ask questions and to answer questions. This helped to avoid miscommunication/misunderstanding issues a couple of times. This is important for all contractors in my opinion. Based on the other reviews, I would suggest you do the same no matter what contractor you use. Kiesha's sons and brother finished the job a few days early (quoted as a two week job). I asked for a change order mid way through, which they gave a fair price on. No one is perfect so here are my only suggestions for how they can improve. Visual quality of the work performed is 4 stars, and clean up after the job is 4 stars. For the low price they gave me, this is not a problem. Despite these shortcomings, the value they provided was by far the best deal! All other aspects of my experience was 5 stars!!! They are all very nice people, and I was happy to give them business.

She said she couldn't give me an exact price for the concrete job because she claimed the cost of concrete was constantly changing. The finishing work was subpar. Numerous slabs are wavy, chipping, cracking, pitting, indentations, off-colored concrete, finish marks, etc. There are over 100 feet of concrete and issues in each section. I contacted Keisha numerous times about the cracks and poor quality, including the sinking of the patio and the 24-foot-long crack. I emailed her shortly after the work was completed and throughout 2023, asking her to fix the concrete. When she finally came over she tried blaming some of the driveway indentations on a cat, which they were not. She was very dismissive about the cracks, wavey concrete, etc. I ended up taking her to court, where I was awarded a judgment against her. I also found out through the Division of Professional Licenses that her insurance had expired in 2019, even though she claimed she was insured. I would not hire her. As of April 2024, she is not licensed in Utah.

They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service. I wish we never chose Allied for our fence project. Our dog was escaping our 4ft fence and injuring…read morehimself in the process, so we needed new gates urgently. Got our estimate, paid the deposit and waited. And waited. And messaged, and waited. After 6 weeks of no update, I learn our color choice was backordered and nobody knew/told us (we would have chosen another color because our dog was getting hurt!). Figured out that delay, then, "any day now". Another two weeks, many reminders and nagging texts (I hate nagging contractors, I would rather they just do their job). Finally texted to cancel our contract and get our money back, and surprise! Our fence was ready to install. Installer finally came and was a hard worker, but the post they sent has exposed edges and didn't accept the hardware correctly. The hinges didn't really self-close so we asked for them to adjust them. The install manager came to "adjust" them but it still never closed by itself. A year+ later, the gates are warped and the hinges are garbage. They were supposed to be self-closing, but they are way too light duty for the weight of the gate. Not only are they not self-closing, but you can't even swing the gate closed because it's out of balance and just swings itself back open again. The gate is so heavy and out of plumb, it needs to be pushed closed to latch every time. Messaged about getting hinges replaced under warranty, in May, about 3 months before our warranty ran out. Of course I was given another run-around answer that the manufacturer is designing better hinges and can we wait for those? I asked for that to be emailed in writing, so we would still have the hinges covered under warranty. Last messaged received May 12th, it's now Sept 16th. Nope, never got an email nor hinges. Not holding my breath, although I expect they will amazingly show up with hinges as soon as this review posts. Two stars instead of one because the gates are still standing.

My measurements and the other companies all had 123 total feet of fencing. I asked this guy what his measurements were and he hesitated and told me "about 130 feet." Then he said he would email me a bid in about two days. Two days went by and no email. I called Friday morning and asked about my estimate and the lady on the phone took my info, confirmed my email and said I would have the email with the estimate no later than 5 pm that day. It is now Tuesday, a week later. Even companies who have come out after them have already given me all their estimates. The moral of the story is, these guys don't care about your time. They're not honest in any of their dealings with me either. Go with someone else. We certainly will be.

Andy specifically went above the call of duty--one of the sprinkler pipes was slightly damaged during the cement pour. They told us about it at the time and asked us to call if we had any leaks. When we called, he came out immediately and fixed not only the pipe they identified, but another sprinkler pipe that was leaking but that obviously was not damaged during the job they did.
