A job that was estimated to be 3 days took 7 weeks, and came in 60% over the bid. I'll be spending quite a bit of time and a good chunk of cash cleaning up the finish work. To top it off on of their suppliers slapped a lien on our house when I paid them in full for the supplies when they were ordered (They wouldn't deliver without payment), and didn't tell us. We found out when a refinance was being done. It totally screwed up release of the funds. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was beyond incompetence.

Thinking he was the guy I was expecting I let him into our home and he started giving us a quote. The other guys showed up and gave us a quote that was quite a bit more than what we had been giving. I needed to get my front flowerbed replaced. The soil was full of crabgrass and the blocks were…read moreshifting. It had been neglected for years. The job was done very well. Great eye for detail. Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.
