Had a possible encroachment onto my property and I needed to know the boundary lines as soon as possible. Most places were two to three weeks out or very expensive to come out within a day or two. I explained the situation to Tyler on a Monday and he quickly responded with a fair estimate and said he would have someone out to do the job on Wednesday. Jay, who performed the survey, was on time and was very patient in listening to my concerns and answering my questions. He had the job done in about an hour and provided a tour of where the boundary lines were. He encountered a situation with someone that could have easily escalated but his great 'people skills' prevented anything from happening. I can't say enough about EDM, their services, or their employees. Tyler and Jay are the definition of what 'true-professionals' are and I consider them both as assets to the company. Great focus on their client's needs and true to their word. I'll only call EDM for any future situations and will be the first to recommend them to anyone.
