Upon my arrival, I waited some time for them to "check in" cars and I watched the shuttle come and go a few times. When it was my turn, they directed me to find an open spot and park in the lot. I found a spot all of the way in the back of the lot and very far from the shuttle. Upon getting quite close to the shuttle, I watched one leave when I was within a 15 second walk, and I expressed my concern that I was now running behind and with the government shutdown still in effect at the time, I didn't know what to expect from the security line and if I would make my flight. They got another shuttle to come quickly, and I made it to the airport and through security with more than enough time. I knew it was supposed to snow on the day before my arrival and it sure did. It was about 10 degrees out, and it took me nearly 30 minutes to clear off my car, and to "shovel" the plowed snow smashed into my bumper so I could back out. THE worst! I'm a loyal Roncari fan for 20+ years but for the first time ever their lot was full so I tried LAZ. Dropped off my car easy enough and the driver was professional. Signs on the bus and my ticket said to text my ticket # in when I return for easy pick up. They have self-park and valet - I did the valet. Fast forward - I return a couple days later; text my ticket # from the plane and go outside and wait. And wait. Finally the shuttle arrives and there were so many people waiting not everyone could get on, but I did! The shuttle then goes to a different lot than where I parked "for yellow tickets" (mine was blue), so I stay on. Then it goes across the street to a 2nd lot, where people had self parked and he drives them to their cars while they fell the driver where they had parked. Interesting....they pay a reduced rate to self park, but get dropped off before me with my "valet" service. Finally we go to a third lot which was mine. I walk in and let them know I text my # in per the signs, and...."oh, our iPad is broken! So they'll get someone to go get my car. People come in after me and get their cars sooner, because they called in their # (maybe they know nothing works right here???). Finally my car comes out, freezing cold (it was 15 degrees out tonight), and I go home. 2 nights/ 3days $42. Facility was gross, service stunk, and now I see why for over 20 years I've been using Roncari and I'll add I'm a frequent business traveler. 1 lot, lots of shuttles, modern facility with free coffee and grit app and phones work! read more

This is the only parking lot I've parked in when flying out of Bradley. I've been a regular customer for years, even going way back when they were called Avistar out of the same location. I use the cheapest self park lot that they operate, because I'm cheap (may as well be honest here) and don't mind parking my own car in their lot. I always pre pay online for the cheapest price ($36.85/week) and just show them the barcode on my phone/email upon arrival. Once you park there is always a shuttle ready to go, I've never waited more than 5 minutes. They do share shuttles between their 3 lots though, so the valet lot customers will get dropped off first when getting brought back from the airport. My car did get snowed in recently, but the employees escorted me to my car and brought their shovel and I was out in no time. Their self park lot has quite a bit of potholes though so that's my only gripe. Otherwise I'll continue to be a regular here. read more

Horrible scam. We got completely ripped off by booking through Way. We were forced to pay additional money at 12:30AM in order to get our car because, according to Laz, Way did not charge us properly. We ended up spending double Laz's own advertised rates. Window smashed, refused to pay and stop responding to my inquiries. I used to be a frequent customer with LAZ Fly, but will not be returning after a very bad experience. I parked in their lot for a few weeks in January 2019. When I returned the rear window had been smashed and a snow storm had blown snow and debris into the interior. I immediately contacted the manager who was too busy to assist me but assured me I would receive a call back. I emailed them a few weeks later when I had not heard back. The manager claimed they watched the camera system, which "had a great view that did show you[sic] vehicle was not touched the whole time it was parked here." They refused to claim responsibility and stopped responding to my messages. What kind of claim is this? 1.) Introduction: When Mark and I travel we take flights that fly out early and arrive home late - so we don't like to inconvenience our friends and family with bringing us to and from the airport. LAZ Fly Economy takes care our needs - a quick and no frills place to drop off our car. 2.) Aesthetics: There is nothing fancy about this business. It's very no frills - a couple of days before your flight you make a reservation. On the day of your flight, you drive up, drop your bags off by the shuttle but, park your car, and have the shuttle take you to your airline. It's pretty straightforward. 3.) Service: We have never had a problem booking a reservation and have maybe had to wait a maximum of five minutes for a shuttle to arrive and take us to the airport. In addition to this parking lot - LAZ also operates several other "Park and Ride" locations so make sure when you make your reservation (and drive up there) you know which lot you are supposed to drop your car off. When you get back - all you have to do is grab your baggage and use the courtesy phone to let them know you have arrived. Pick up is right outside by ground transportation. Once you are safely returned to the LAZ Economy Parking lot - you pay at the kiosk 4.) Impressions: LAZ Fly Economy Parking is our go-to place to drop off our car whenever we fly out of Bradley International Airport. We are able to drive in, drive out with minimal hassle. I have used Laz Fly Economy Parking multiple times before this experience - I moved here in November 2016 and fly out of state frequently to see family and friends. Have always used this parking lot when I go out of town. This time, I paid $40 for Economy Valet parking, from June 15th to June 19th. I had a late flight, got into Hartford at 11:55 PM. After a long day of travel, I get on the shuttle to go get my car. As soon as I get out of the shuttle, I see long dents along the bottom of BOTH left side doors on my LEASED VEHICLE. It's now past midnight, I have a tired puppy in tow, and I am exhausted and angry beyond belief. I go into the office, and it takes a good while for someone to get a supervisor on the phone. She is told that there's damage done to a car that was in valet, and she doesn't even bother to come see the issue - wonderful customer service. She sends another gentleman, Alex, to view the car with me. I filled out the claim form and took the card for a Vanessa that, I'm told, will be contacting me within 24 hours. It's now 1:30 AM, and I have to wake up at 7 for work. But I had to get this review out there. I will update as needed, I hope Laz Fly will take care of this efficiently and professionally. Do not bring your car here for Valet. Do not ask them to wash or detail your car if you care about it. Had my car washed and they put something on the rims that ate away the top coat leaving black "stains" or streaks that do not come out. Car was cleaned then parked so every bird around could crap on it. Lastly they were playing with buttons they shouldn't have been touching in my car which resulted in multiple lights including the CEL on which all needed to be reset. Bottom line is If you care about your car, bring it somewhere else or end up paying the price like I did read more

Used the economy self park this time because I don't need a warm car - that is a nice service for the winter months. The economy parking lot seems to be in very rough shape, but for 4.95 a day, can't complain. This is cheaper than the airport parking economy lot. The shuttle service was not slow at all. Within 10 minutes of parking, we had a shuttle. There was also one that had just pulled away as we were parking, so they seemed to be arriving at good intervals. They made no other stops and dropped us off right at our airline check in area. We were to the airport in a short amount of time. read more

The only reason to use this service is because of price or any other discount by. I chose LAZ because my wife has a rewards program through work. Otherwise, I'd recommend using someone else. We have using this parking lot several times primarily because of the low rates. Most of our vacation trips are for 2 weeks so their online, prepay special is a bargain. Pick-up and drop off at the airport is hassle free and our car is ready for us on our return. Can't ask for much more from a parking facility. read more

My previous updates dealt with parking here in the winter, which I will never (ever, EVER) do again. The shuttle was nearly empty and the other people on it were dropped off at a different lot. I arrived at the lot and realized that I didn't have any singles to tip the driver who had loaded/unloaded my bag. I went inside and saw the driver kind of storm off. I paid was about to ask the person at the desk to break my $5, when the driver came in mumbling something about, "Give good service and they can't even give you anything." Pissed me off, but I still gave him a dollar. First, it's not like they give you the option of loading your bag yourself - I've tried and they practically grab it from your hands. Second, a "fuel charge" is already included in the fees, and it's a mile drive. The expectation of a tip (and the audible grumbling against a customer who hasn't...yet) is a bit much. read more

Nobody is paying attention this place ever. I have been parking here for years and always have mixed feelings about this place since their customer service is hit or miss. I parked at the premier self park and followed the signs rule of "please wait at your car". I waited for 5 minutes and eventually walked up to the gate to have someone drive me to the airport since nobody was coming to collect me. When I got to the gate, all the drivers were super annoyed that I distrupted their break and started blaming each other for not watching the lot and whos turn it was to drive the shuttle over to the airport. Not much to say....it's a parking lot in need of repair. People at 5 am were less than cheery, but that's their issues. I would recommend keeping amy receipts for awhile. We got a call almost a month later saying we left without paying. I had paid well in advance and luckily saved the email confirmation. The woman who called looking for payment was rude as heck. Never before and never again! Just came back to pick up my car. Even though I prepaid online, I still owe them $68 dollars. But that's not what it said online. Get the car and there is a deep scratch in my door down to the metal. I tell the employee outside. He tells me to go inside to talk to the person at the desk who will get the supervisor. The kid at the desk says sorry, you were is self park, we can't be responsible for what happens to your car on our lot. OMG. Go to Executive down the road. Excellent. They've got a streamlined system which gets you out of your car and into a shuttle very quickly for airport drop off. There are other outfits at the airport similar but the car detail service is the main reason I go there. The detail service includes interior upholstery cleaning which others don't include in their detail package. Only reason there's not 5 stars is the belligerent unfriendly girl at the desk when I checked out. Everyone has a bad day so I'll give her a pass but the remainder of the crew was top notch..... And my car detail was beautiful. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not bring your car here. If you don't care about it, its a shabby cheap place and you probably wont notice any more dings or dents you get while you are away. If you do care about your car, try Roncari or ZParking down the street. Watch your bill! If you complain about a ding a problem or a bad wash(they park their just washed cars under where the pigeons hang out FYI), the manager will begrudgingly take something off your bill. Which is great until 6 months later they charge your credit card and you have to dispute the charge with the CC co. If you didn't get the issue in writing or lost it, you'll pay the full charge! Easy breezy. I was going out of town for a week and had gotten a coupon for the economy parking for only $5.50 per day. I made my reservation and paid in advance online, very easy. When I arrived at 5:30am, I just showed my reservation email/confirmation to the attendant, who was very friendly. He let me leave my bags there while I went to park my car so I wouldn't have to carry them back to the shuttle area. I then waited probably less than 10 minutes for the shuttle which brought me straight to my terminal. Upon my return to Bradley, I called because I wasn't sure if they automatically had shuttles coming to pick us up or if we had to ask for one. The friendly guy on the other end of the phone informed me a shuttle would be right outside door 3 in 5 minutes - and it arrived just moments later. I had given him my ticket number over the phone, so when the shuttle dropped us off at the economy lot, they were already waiting for me with my receipt in hand. Super convenient, quick, easy, friendly, and efficient. Zero issues and a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to others and use them again myself. I wish all parts of traveling could be this easy! read more

I used Laz fly premier valet at the end of January. Against my better judgment I left a backpack behind the drivers seat with some personal items in it including a portable battery charger which I received as a Christmas gift. The charger always stays in the top front pocket of the backpack so when my phone needs a charge I can plug it in. Sure enough the first time I went to grab for it after my trip it was missing. I used the valet service so whoever had access to my car stole my charger. I have left three messages over a two-week period with the manager named Amanda, and have not received a call back. I will never use Laz Fly again. They have a thief working for them and obviously the managedoes not care read more

Found absolutely no value in the valet parking. The point of texting on arrival is for your car to be ready!when I got to Laz, while talking to the attendant she responded to my text . So now she handed the keys to me and said if you want to find a lot guy give him your keys and he will find your car. For $42 there are other options. read more

Used them in January to park on a business trip (my company requires we park there). no real issues other than it felt disorganized until... ...March comes, I get an email with a receipt for parking there in March..in a green ford. i didn't park there in march and I don't own a green ford. the charged my CORPORATE credit card for ~$60. I call them and they will "call me back" no call back. no explanation. no nothing. just a $60 bill I have to file an expense report for. Disputed with the CC company and now get to deal with the internal headache. Fck this place. don't park here. they will just keep randomly charging you for other people's stays read more

Found a coupon on my layover, PRESENTED it, as the coupon states, and the girl behind the counter not only refused it, but took the nastiest attitude with me when I asked her to show me where on the coupon it required it to be printed. I get a discounted Economy Self-Park rate of $4.75 per day through my employer. There isn't much to complain about. Great rate and peace of mind. Cheap remote parking, but shuttle service takes insanely long. Almost late for my flight as I had to wait almost 30 minutes before the shuttle came to take me. Then, at pick up I did as instructed and called the operator. He had my ticket number and my cell. When the shuttle driver came around, we missed each other. He didn't bother to check ticket numbers and thus didn't give me a call to let me know he was here. Sitting here and it's been an hour. Do NOT park with this organization. They falsely advertise coupons for self-parking for $33.00 per week but then charge you more than $56.00. I contacted them about this and their customer service was rude, saying that I had to park in a different lot. This is typical "bait and switch" tactics. I have become numb to the additional Tax and Fees added to daily parking price. The reason why I will park at 1 of the dozen other options is customer service. Shuttle driver drove like an A-hole last time I used the service.( he is the only 1 with a seat belt mind you ) and this time the unfortunate meeting of KIM " cashier " that was rude-impatient and sadly not trained to be a cashier.
