Their service is always impecable. Today I picked up a very valuable 22kt chain that needed a new closure. I was not surprised it was just as I wanted. On the other hand, last year I left a very valuable 22kt ring at another jeweler (on Ponce de Leon, north of Miracle Mile) and asked them to replace a lost pearl on it. I used them because I was doing business with an optician next door and it was convenient. The ring ended up being altered, having quite a bit of gold, I guess, shaved from it. When I noticed the ring was not as wide, of course they denied having done anything to it and I had no way to prove it. ...but I knew that ring like the back of my hand. Ive since found out some unscrupulous jewelers switch out diamonds, etc. I only wish I had taken my ring to South Miami Jewelers. The owners are honest professionals.
