There are carts in the parking lot to help carry stuff to your slip and a member's clubhouse with a TV, internet, bathroom, and shower. If you are a fisherman, they have a cleaning area setup for customer use. Cedar Bayou also has a gas dock and supply store. The drawback to this marina is that it is West of the 377 bridge and a good 30 minute or more boat ride to The Islands, a popular party spot.

The people running the campground were friendly and helpful. The only thing that was inconvenient was the distance to the water spigot from our rig (approx. 40ft, thankfully we had an extra hose) and there is no sewer access at individual spots. There are however a few stations within the campground to use before you leave. There were also a lot of people with young children, younger adults partying, and the occasional car going through with loud music blaring but for the most part everyone seemed to respect the quiet hours (after 10pm.) Overall, I am happy with our decision to spend a few days here and would do it again!

We had a wedding to attend and needed a place to stay for just two days, so we reached out to this…read morepark to see if they could accommodate us. From the start, the experience was excellent. Quick email replies, offered a fair price, and were very welcoming, which made planning last-minute much easier. The park itself is very nice and well maintained. The private, fenced-in yards were a huge plus, and the artificial turf was surprisingly comfortable and clean. Every lot we saw was tidy and well kept. We also got lucky with our timing -- the manager happened to be onsite when we arrived and personally helped flag us in while I parked the camper solo, which was greatly appreciated. Despite being easy to access, the park is far enough from the road that traffic noise wasn't an issue at all. Overall, a great experience. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-run park. Almost wish I could try a long term stay, sure it would be enjoyable.
