The sites are a good size, they do not have fire rings on each site, but they have about four large communal fire pits that we used nightly with the 3 other families. The air conditioning is nice and cool. The fishing at their pond is nice and relaxing, with a bite almost every time you drop your line in the water. They have a game room and swimming pool. In a few years when the trees are grown, this is really going to be a nice shaded park. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with rolling hills and beautiful trees. Lake Murray is five minutes down the road. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!

The owners are wonderful and the property is amazing. We loved it here and the only negative thing is that we won't be able to find anything like it at our next location. They have set the bar high and now that's what we are going to compare other resorts to. If you love nature, you will love it here. Your not to far from Sherman Tx that has everything, but takes about 15 mins or so to get there from here, there is a small town Tom Bean , that has a tiny gas station store food mart place and dollar general if you need something small.
