My wife and I are the proud owners of a labrador puppy that was bred for field trials (therefore…read moreshe never stops)....beautiful puppy but we want her as a house pet, to take on long walks, travel with us, etc... Trust us when we say our puppy never gets tired and has lots of ENERGY. We were not training our dog very well-even though we tried our best-and on our second visit to the vet to get her shots, the vet had a very hard time controlling our puppy and suggested that we take our puppy to training and referred us to BA Professional K9 Training. We followed the vet's advice and contacted Ben. My wife and I both are extremely satisfied with the results we have seen in two months of training. It is amazing to see such drastic improvement in such a short time. We would recommend BA Professional K9 Training to anyone who needs help training their dog, needs help correcting certain behaviors, or just wants to attain the best owner / dog experience, Ben, has helped us so much with our new labrador puppy and has a very planned and methodical approach to his training. When we drop off / pick up our puppy for day training we get individualized training based on the needs of our puppy. We can also plan on having a tuckered out well exercised dog that day. Our six month old puppy has learned to walk properly on her leash (no pulling ) which has taken a once stressful time to an enjoyable time with our dog. She has learned to greet people calmly and to refrain from jumping. Our puppy is getting plenty of opportunities to socialise with other dogs as well. We have learned to take control of our puppy rather than her taking control of us. Ben gives us the "tools" needed to continue training our dog at home and is available to answer questions even after day training hours. Ben's assistant, Brian, is also very knowledgeable and helpful. We are so glad that BA Professional K9 Training was recommended to us by our veterinarian. We were struggling with a very rambunctious puppy, but we are now enjoying time with her thanks to Ben's help. Pat and Denise

This dog sitter/ boarder asked for the money for sitting upfront. Money was paid but she had to…read moreleave town and couldn't watch them. My mom ended up keeping and watching them the whole time. She told me she would send the refund but so far I have gotten nothing back. The last response I got back In a text was that someone else was working on the refund. This whole experience was terrible and I would not suggest using her or trusting her.

Paid $960 for board and train (senior discount and referral price according to Missy). Missy picked…read moreup my dog and told me that he was going to be a "changed pup" in two weeks. She returned the dog with the same behavioral issues, Missy only provided a very superficial 15-minute follow-up (fast-paced) when she dropped my pup assuming that somehow I knew how to follow up with the so-called training. Promised training notes but never followed up on them. When I questioned the training she got upset and offended (I guess is easy to be offended when you pocket $960 and the dog shows no progress). I am an elderly woman with mobility problems and took the money from my retirement account to get help to train the pup. Her suggestion was to keep the dog on a leash inside and outside the house and put him in the kennel when he misbehaved because he needed to earn his freedom. And that cost me $960? This looks like a scam to me. In my case, Missy is a disappointment. I know she blames me for my pup's behavior but that is why I hired her, to help me to train me and my dog. And she has more than 40 years of experience? Unbelievable.
