It was pouring rain, I had little phone service, and I was nervous to sit in my car for fear of it rolling backwards on the big hill and potentially off the road alltogether. I called roadside assistance through my insurance who were not grasping the danger of the situatuon I was in. Therefore, I was quoted 80-110 minute wait time until an unknown tow company would be able to rescue. I called 3 Angels towing, but kept losing service. The wife of this family business immediately texted back with concern and care, which is what I needed in the situation. Within 30 minutes, the husband and daughter were there to get me out and to a nearby gas station in under an hour. They also charged me pennies to all the local tow companies who would've gouged me because I had no other way our of this situation. 3 Angels in right. I think back on this situation and how much worse it could be. I was dealing with some whiplash and shock, but the family made me feel at ease on the drive back. We were even laughing about random things by the end of the drive. They wouldn't accept a tip and were just kind, good people. I am grateful beyond belief and hope this review can express to them that they made a terrible experience into a thankfulness of humanity and kindness.
