We paid this company $43,000 in cash, with the understanding and written agreement that they would also fix things on the RV, provide us the title and file our DMV registration paperwork, as agreed. That was never done and neither was any RV parts replacements or repair work. They kept putting us off or their repair person wouldn't show up or never ordered anything. They also agreed to consign our other RV, but lost their dealers license days after we signed an agreement with them and said they couldn't sell it afterall. So, we listed it ourselves and in the process of recovering our rig from them, they had also lost some items that belonged to it. Because of all their dealership changes and repairs not being done, Rubin, the sales manager, verbally agreed to reimbursement on the repairs and items we replaced. However, we sent the itemized invoice several times now and not heard anything back since February! We call Rubin's cell phone and the main office receptionist, who always says she will pass on the message to him ....or they just don't answer at all. They have stopped answering texts too! We have yet to see our title or registration processed with DMV - yet we paid for IN-FULL! We're considering legal action against John T Bridges, the owner & Rubin personally, as the business is no longer legally registered with the state of Oregon either. We want our title & invoice pd or FULL reimbursement! We have filed a complaint with the BBB because we need answers and a resolution on this now! This is extremely poor RV business practice - buyer beware!

We purchased a brand new RV from Johnson RV in July 2025, and the most significant issues have been…read morehow our unit was handled while in their possession for warranty service. What should have remained a new RV has instead become a materially compromised unit due to negligent handling and repeated service-related issues while at their facility. Problems began during the walkthrough due to improper handling. Since then, the RV has repeatedly been in and out of service for warranty issues including the door, plumbing, wall panels, and electrical components. A pattern developed where repairs were marked complete when they were not, and additional damage occurred while the RV was being serviced, including flooring and siding damage. This negligent handling of our new unit has negatively affected the value, condition, reliability, and safety of the RV. In one instance, damage was attributed to us until before-and-after video evidence showed it occurred while the RV was in their possession. The RV has also been stored outdoors for months due to ongoing repairs as a result of their negligent care of the new RV, enduring heavy storms while awaiting service, despite us having purchased covered storage to protect our new RV. The RV has been out of our possession for over 40% of the time since purchase, resulting in canceled trips and significant loss of use. Due to repeated service-related damage and incomplete repairs, it no longer reflects the new unit we purchased. We are still awaiting a response from Johnson RV for a fair resolution. We do not recommend this company based on our experience.

I tried this RV center service department for the first time, in January of this year. I needed…read morerepairs on my 5th-wheel trailer. The awning had been bent in a wind storm, the rooftop A/C units weren't working, my electric heat on my water heater wasn't working and I needed a pre-season check up on my trailer before camping. I came in also because of a 10% discount coupon on parts and labor. I forgot to drop off the coupon when I delivered the trailer. When I realized this I called the service department and was told it was OK to bring it in when I picked up the trailer. McCord ordered parts for my awning, determined my A-C units were fine and I just needed new thermostats. They replaced the electric switch on my water heater, and made other minor repairs. I am very pleased with the repairs. HOWEVER, I forgot to bring my coupon out of my truck and present it when I picked up the trailer and paid the full amount for the repairs. ONLY right afterwards as driving home with the trailer, did I remember again that I didn't present the coupon. I rushed back and spoke to the service department representative. He tried, but said I was too late and couldn't get the discount because it wasn't presented before charging the final invoice. SUCH FRUSTRATION and LOSS OF SAVINGS because I didn't get the coupon to them in time. That's the only sour thing about my experience. I figure I lost over $200.00 because of that. UPDATE!! McCord's Service Department just called and they just figured out how to rectify my problem and refund the coupon value back to me. Big Kudos to McCord's Service Department for sticking with it and coming to a very happy resolution for me.

It was obviously broken in to and so the door doesn't latch properly. The power shade for the front window doesn't work so we put in a manual one. There is a battery drain somewhere that drains the battery so it won't start without jumping. Two different RV repair places cannot solve it. SO many other things. Yes.
