I went to this facility to send a Balikbayan box to Metro Manila. According to them Oct. 18th would be the cutoff for Christmas Delivery. It arrived in Taiwan in November and was stuck there for 1 month. It finally arrived in the Philippines Dec. 14 but still stuck in Customs for processing. It is now Dec. 24. I called and they said it will not arrive until after Christmas ... to call again on Dec. 27. WTF! Never again... 1st and last time I will use them to ship anything. read more

Asked for an envelope for personal letter and photo's. I was assured that the protocol was to come back with the addressee. Upon my return, I was asked to open a flat envelope for inspection. I said NO the contents/photos are personal & non of your business. And thats not what I was told originally. For god's sake, what am I going to put in a flat envelope? Hey all! Had a very stressful start to my day to say the least. Having a Filipina mother means sending giant parcels full of presents at least once a year. Basically she had 2 giant parcels made for her loved ones & I had to sign them off for a service guy to pick up & ship out! The guy promised to be there at 12pm. By 12:27, I had to call in & in an enraged manner , "HEY , WHERE ARE YOU?! You said 12pm, but it's almost 1pm! Are you in Disneyland?! I have a job to attend & I'm not working from home! " I was very unpleasant, but he was later of one hour! I understand other patrons but please, be mindful of time & figure out you logistics before promising a time slot! Being flexible is 15 minutes late & that is already generous. I'm sorry, but not everyone is like Beavis & Butthead watching TV all day long! I hope someday in the nearby future, AI will be created by Elon Musk to help get drones that pick up these parcels at the stated time with a 15 minutes time frame for flexibility. Customer service agents very disrespectful, they bad mouth customers that steps away after service rendered. We dont mind waiting in line as long as they are efficient but instead very inconsiderate chatting with their favorite regular customers, when line is as long as the entrance and more waiting outside. Typical Filipino Time. When you own a business which serves the public, you cannot go by Filipino Time even when your customers are Filipino. It is tacky and promotes terrible customer service. I had a relative waiting for their boxes to get picked up. The driver was 2 hours late! When you say you will be somewhere you need to be at your destination ON TIME! AMERICAN TIME! There are two agents. One is better than the other. One knows how to talk to customers, the other doesn't. Depending on which location you go, the items they let you send to PI are subjective to the agent. One location/agent may let you send a specific item but on another day, a different location/agent may not let you send the exact same thing. read more

Well, this is my first 2 boxes that i sent to the Philippines with LBC cargo and with so much bad experienced, bad customer service. It has been 3 1/2 months, my package hasn't arrived from 9/24/21- present running to 4 mos. . I don't know how and what took them so long to deliver. It was really bad. It is a new location but service is just as bad. Better have nowhere else to go because the wait times are always long. It seem each transaction take about 30 minutes. There are only two counters serving customers but there is always a line outside that moves very slowly! There is no consideration for customer's time. They need to open more counter during busy times. read more

It was a very bad experience today. I'm already been sending a lot to this company. I suddenly needed to send something to the Philippines immediately so I have to visit their office located at Gellert, Daly City. I came by, there was a person in front of me, the place is very narrow. Knowing that everybody needs to practice social distancing, I fell in line, like I did not even went to check what was posted on the door. Waiting for some minutes, an older lady asked me if I'm next and went past me. It did pissed me. So I was intrigued why she stayed in front of me and not even practiced social distancing. I finally learned you have to text/call for your turn, which is very unusual for companies/institutions here, place is very narrow for a person in line to just butt in. When I get to talk to the agents, one of them, I guess a manager or whoever said, "it's your fault because you don't read." The point is not everybody knows you have to read the 8.5x11 copy paper that informs customers need to call/text to be served, located in front of the door, while customers are in line in a very narrow place, hello!!! One of the agent is very accommodating and has the value of a true customer associate but can't decide because she needs to ask I guess her supervisor who appears to be really rude. I explained my point but she never listened. She still insist that it's my fault and she needs to cater to the one behind me.
